I sent for a Pearl necklace that was supposed to be worth £80 reduced to £24.99 when it arrived was stuffed into a little plastic bag and have seen better in a cracker!! To get a refund you have to jump through hoops paying for return and tracking when it is not worth the money. I can’t believe with all these bad reviews someone can’t intervene as they are procuring money under false pretences.

Awful from start to finish. Still awaited escalated case by paypal..bought 2 pair of earrings, both with massive discounts, still expensive for what I received. Cheap looking, unsure of metal, the other was not what ordered. They demand a return to China for a lot of money and recoded mail, then considering refund. Why customers paying expensive returns if they sent a wrong item? They came separately, one is from a uk address, but still want the return to be sent to China!!!

This site looks exactly like the one for Beth’s Gems several weeks ago. Same story line and products. Meant to be a smallUK based company but products were rubbish sent from China. Avoid at all cost.

Really wish I had read the reviews first !! Ordered 4 rings and 3 arrived 2 weeks later and were just cheap & crappy rings , so I got in touch but customer service is a joke!! Last one arrived 4 weeks later and is not even the same ring , just looks like it has come out of a £1 machine Please DO NOT order from this company

Absolutely awful site- really wish I’d read reviews before I ordered- lesson learnt! Ordered 2 rings, Silver one arrived after 3/4 weeks , no sign of second gold one- got in touch & said they were being dispatched separately- why?? Second ring did arrive couple weeks later- not what I ordered & cheap looking, very disappointed but can’t be bothered to go through trauma of returning to china, never ordering again & will always read reviews prior to ordering in future

Please don’t buy from this company! I sent 23 emails to cancel my order within 20 minutes of my order, no response at all, I have today received the order and it’s nothing like I ordered, cheap and nasty imitation with gems missing, I have contacted my bank and trading standards with all the relevant information
