The item I purchased was delivered to the wrong address. However they were notified of the error before the item was dispatched but did nothing to correct it. So now I have nothing and they have my money! They send out automated responses to emails but actually do nothing. Avoid Koala Brand at all costs!

Don’t use just go to SHEIN 10th of the price ! I ordered items for Christmas and they sent the wrong colour and because I waited till my daughter saw them it was too late. Also I then found the item on SHEIN for .89p and I paid £22.99 for the same item total SCAM

I wish I’d come here before ordering my “Vintage Silver Mouse Ring” and would then not be feeling so stupid. My VSMR turned out to be a £25 object quite at home in a Christmas cracker. What I received bore very little resemblance to the photograph that drew me in, in the first place. To start with, it is completely featureless - no whiskers, no body or ears shading in the metal, no eyes (just dents instead of stones) and no toes. All of the things that made it look so charming and attracted me to it. As for “Vintage”, well, if that means churned out by the thousand in a Chinese factory, then it’s vintage alright. Just smooth, shiny metal. Two emails to their published email address have just pinged back to me telling me they are incorrect or something to that effect. I can’t actually check them because they have mysteriously just vanished. Usually, if there is an error of this kind, emails just sit in your Outbox waiting for attention. These have disappeared into the ether. I guess I’ll just have to chalk this one up to experience as I am obviously not going to be able to return the ring. I’d just say “caveat emptor” to anybody thinking of buying from this company.

Products I received are Christmas Cracker Quality items. They will be going straight in the bin once I have exhausted their dodgy returns process which is getting me nowhere. Also part of order missing, and you get absolutely nowhere with customer service. AVOID!!!

Awful company to deal with. Ordered two rings and when they were received they were different from the website description. So, I email customer service and get a unhelpful response. I send the items back to the return address by a tracked courier and email customer service again. The response I get is obvious that they don't read or understand the previous messages as they simply go around in circles. Basically it's a scam company sending stuff which doesn't match what you order and they do everything possible to avoid refunding you. Offering a 10% discount and keep the rings is an insult especially when they have received them back at their warehouse. It's theft, take your money and leave you without anything.

I ordered an paid in October fora pair of vintage earrings in november still hadn't received them after numerous emails the company seemed there was no problem it was in shipping now when I send emails they r returned won't talk or try and sort it out I had done my homework everything looked genuine but something is a miss here they are so untrustworthy do not touch this company with a barge pole

This product does not deserve 1 star. How I wish I had consulted Trustpilot before I bought this rubbish. Looked nothing like photos and there is no way I can give this as a gift. The turtle earrings and necklace look (and are!) so tacky. Time this company lifted its game!! Someone is making a shed load of money. Shame on you ripoff artists!
