Disgusting products like they’ve come out of a cracker. I spent over £300 for these atrocious rings for my shop. I wouldn’t even give them to the charity. What p***es me off is these companies still sell crap day after day and still get away with it. I’m now fighting with PayPal to get my money back. This company have offered me £90 so does this not admit guilt! I have reported them to the Chinese embassy and chamber of commerce.

AVOID ,AVOID ,AVOID!!! Chinese company (Don't have a UK based office). Not sure if photos on website are AI or copied from elsewhere. The jewellery is trash!! Not like anything in photos... I was sooooo disappointed! Two rings made of non precious metal. No need for sizes because they were not a full band. Only cheap adjustable rings with big gap. Cheaply painted, cheap glass for stones. No dimensions as in photos looked awful. Please do not order. I wish I had read reviews prior!

Like previous buyers, I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased 3 pairs of earrings. I read the reviews just after I made my purchase. I then tried to cancel my order within the 12 hour window as per their policy. No joy, just automated emails. The earrings have arrived and are just cheap tat and nothing like what you would expect for the money. Very expensive lesson learned. I don't know much about how reviews work but I notice all the positive ones say redirected under the star boxes. I'll ge very careful on the future before purchasing online.

This lot do not deserve even one star. The product is horribly cheap and returns near impossible. The photos do not accurately represent the product. Avoid at all costs! It's the usual Chinese tactic. Bots reply. Nothing happens. They should not get away with it! DO NOT USE!!!

Don’t buy anything from this company as it’s expensive tat I to wish I had read the reviews, the necklace I ordered for a wedding came back on a peice of cardboard and was dreadful. They should be struck off selling anything, very unhappy customer C

I received a ring I ordered today and am delighted with it. Well made, good quality and inexpensive jewellery. I also have a pair of earrings from them equally as good, I can wear them day and night and have no problems.

I WISH I CHECKED THE REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING, this is not a shop, its a total scam, ordered a chrysoprase necklace, which looks nothing like the photo, it's tiny, and the color is so bland, you can hardly tell is green, I asked to return the item, the send me a very angry email, stating items are non-returnable, which is absolutely against the law. every item in the world is returnable, I'm absolutely appalled, don't waste your money
