Update: Return address received, not a British Jewellery Brand as advertised but from China!!! Avoid...wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. Cheap, fake jewellery - better quality found in lucky packets. Customer service horrendous as they try all means possible to avoid giving you a refund!

Do not use! My initial review has disappeared. I ordered 2 items, 1st arrived fine, but very poor quality and tarnished within 2 hours of wearing, now unwearable. The 2nd ring never arrived, and apparently it’s cos I have them the wrong address?! After months of arguing that how could I give the wrong address if 1 arrived, I gave up and accepted a partial refund. 2 months later, guess what? I’m still waiting! DO NOT USE!!!

Absolute con artists - DO NOT BUY. Sent me a cheap, tacky alternative product rather than the premium one I ordered on their website and refused to refund me unless I return the item at my own expense. If it was because I didn't like the item I'd suck it up, but it's not what I purchased. It's a completely different product, and not even a nice one. AVOID. Update: They are now denying all knowledge of having received my order at all. I've shared their ludicrous response below which shows you just how dedicated they are to screwing you over - NB the two websites have the same product and same contact details so whilst they have created a duplicate site to wriggle out of even giving an address for returns, they are the same company. These guys are the absolute pits. ____ Hello Anna, It seems that order number xxxx does not belong to us. We’ve looked into it, but we couldn’t find your exact order or match it to your email address. I’d love to assist you, however, our order numbers are more than four digits long. It seems you may have ordered from a different brand similar to ours. Our company is Koala Jewels (koalajewelsbrand[dot]com), while the other brand is Koala Brand Jewels (koalabrandjewels[dot]com). Although their names are quite similar, we are two separate companies. Please try reaching out to them regarding your purchase. The easiest way is to click the link on your order confirmation to return to the exact brand you purchased from. I hope this helps. Regards, Biena Customer Support

As others have said, fake jewelry from China! Photographs are clearly taken from genuine jewelry sites. SReturned for a refund at my own cost, 3 months later the ring has found its way back to me somehow. No refund. Please, please AVOID. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them.

Again like most of the reviews Say AVOID at all cost. Bought some earrings for a Christmas gift cost £24.99. Found them on TEMU for 73p!!! Vile company ripping people off and the customer service is dire! How this company trades is beyond me, Their E mails tend to look like they’re from France. But I’m sure they are Chinese selling TAT for extortionate prices! The picture on Temu was the exact picture on these cowboys web page. Do not use this company You’re just buying Temu products! Don’t get conned like us !!!!!!

The worst ring I've ever seen. Cheap and plastic looking. Like kids fake jewellery. Nothing like the photos and a total scam when it says £100 reduced to £25. This probably cost less than a quid. I wouldn't pay 25p for it! Just don't buy...it's shockingly bad! Has anyone had any luck returning the product?

Do not buy from this site.the earrings i bought arrived after about three weeks and they are nothing but Chinese Christmas cracker gifts. Avoid them at all costs. The jewellery is nothing like it is advertised
