Absolute rubbish for the price
Absolute rubbish for the price. The item looks like a chesp trinket and not worth more than a few pounds. Definitely not the £24 I paid for it. Don't believe the pictures and don't buy!

Absolute garbage
Absolute garbage. Do not buy from this store. The necklace and earrings, advertised as opal and cubic zirconia, but what arrived was really cheap trash. I would say cheap Christmas cracker standard. Avoid avoid avoid. If I could give no stars I would have

Lucky bag site
What a load of rubbish wish I had seen the reviews first no definition on the ring as displayed in the picture looked like something out of a lucky bag we used to have as children. No wonder they don’t have reviews on their website, the item came from china. After reading the returns policy I think I will have to put it down to experience and forget the money

Scam - as the other reviews say - AVOID!
Like many of the other reviews on here, I bought some hoop earrings from koalabrandjewels.com (which I think this is the same company as koalajewelsbrand.com as the websites are identical). The earrings I received were damaged and felt like plastic. I immediately sent an email to their customer service to request a refund and ask how I could return them. They replied saying that they would offer me a 10% discount instead. I responded that I would prefer to have a refund and wanted to return them. I've never heard back from them, even though I've chased numerous times. Avoid buying from these websites. They are a scam. Wish I read the reviews before!!
