What they delivered bore no resemblance to the picture that was put out in their advert. They advertised that its vintage turquoise stone, theyre not even stones, something painted to make it looked like stone..UTTER RUBBISH!!

Read all these reviews & realised I was ill advised to waste £50 on junk !! Cancelled Money refunded into bank account …NO PROBLEM! Feel I jumped to wrong conclusion! On the other hand I always find Trust Pilot reviews useful & reliable . Maybe Koala have turned over a new leaf ..I had several e mails from them explaining what/when they were doing. Today ..checked my bank statement …Refund there. Thank you Koala

Cheap jewellery. Don't be fooled by the original prices. Even the sale cost is way overpriced.

Absolute junk, ring went black within a month of wearing. Earrings arrive in Jiffy bag with no backs. Avoid this company like the plague.

I wish I'd read the reviews first. Absolute garbage, wouldn't put in a £1 luckybag! I thought they wouldn't reply to my emails, they didn't. They are just crooks stealing money. Stay away!!
