I subscribed for a free trial and then started being billed every month for a service that I didn't want. I have tried unsubscribing and yet the money keeps coming out of my account each month. I have emailed directly to klinio to cancel the subscription and they are still taking my money. I have gone through Google play but money still coming out each month. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!!!!

I just got billed for ANOTHER six months! I have not used the service at all, and I contacted them to cancel LAST YEAR. I have been charged three times. I think they hope people won't notice the charge. It's impossible to cancel. You have to cancel DIRECTLY with Klinio, but even when you do they STILL charge you. Until they sort out their billing policies, I would avoid them.

Plenty of interesting menus and the option to change your diet plan when you want gives alternatives. This has encouraged me to eat sensibly which is what I was looking for.

It seems that if you try and unsubscribe that you can never access your account after that so unfair and not like most other subscriptions that allow you to access for the time you have paid! Be very careful it is like a money suck!

No, no, no. STAY AWAY. They do not make it clear that this plan auto renews. And they do not give a you heads up. Money is just taken. When I complained I was told I had to cancel my account 48 hours before it renewed! If I didn't know it was going to renew, how could I do that. UNETHICAL. In your reply it was stated, " it is never our intention to mislead our customers or cause any inconvenience." If that was true you would have refunded my money, especially when you should be able to see that I never used the account. From other reviews I can see that I am not alone in my feelings

They don’t remind you when your subscription is due for renewal and just take the money then refused to refund because of ther T&C’s. Be careful!
