Good customer support I felt that whilst trying to read about this exercise I was quickly put through to the payment end. Which I did not like but the customer service was very good when I cancelled my subscription. O2/11/

Good range of meals. Ability to monitor your water. Love the ability to learn about triggers. Love the evaluations and the diabetic risk indicator. Love the breakdown of calories. Ways it could be improved is linking to a smart watch like apple or Samsung watch.

Using the software i take more to to ensure i maked good choices on my diet. In this first month of use i have lowered my a1c from 9.2 to 7.8, a huge decrease for the good

This App contains some great education along with ease of recording everything. You can scan barcodes or choose meals from their meal plan. There is also short workouts that can be done built into it. It really has everything.
