I would give ZERO stars if I could. Company takes money unauthorized from your account. Account was canceled but they still took money from me. Thiefs!!!

SCAM: I would actually give it 0 stars. I did the trial and when it came to the end of the trial no alert to say the subscription had began. I managed to cancel before the subscription had started and deleted my account and app on Saturday 17th August but they still took the money out 19th. I’ve asked for a refund but they are unwilling to pay. I also get a message to say I can use the app, until 15th September. Yet the £31 payment was suppose to pay for 3 months. Fraudulent/ scam!!!

If i could give zero stars i would. Another subscription rip off. I didn't realize I signed up for a subscription. I thought it was a TRIAL. I was just charged £31.00. I requested a refund since I never used the application at all! They said NO and refer to clause 5 in the terms. Be careful with Klinio. They don't care if they rip off people. I said they should remind people that the trial is ending cos £31.00 a month is alot of money, i can understand it if it was yearly like NUTRICHECK. KEEP AWAY SCAM

The app takes awhile to get used to but it is very helpful and flexible. Right now just starting. At first I thought I would try just a month , but I am going to try 3 months since things are going well. The wife and I cleaned out our fridge and bought some grains I never heard of. I like to cook and the recipes are very simple but very tasty. It’s easy to substitute foods. I don’t like cherry tomatoes and substitute my home grown ones that taste a lot better than store bought ones.

I discovered this program after my glucose levels were elevated as prediabetic. I wanted to nip that in the bud and after starting the Klinio app, I have a better understanding of prediabetes and diabetes. The app is a little challenging to navigate at first, I’m still learning it. I have found this app to be loaded with information helping me to manage my glucose. Tracking meals and water intake has been easy. It’s easy to swap a meal if you choose not to use the meal planned for you. The recipes are easy, simple and don’t require a ton of time and effort to prepare. There is also an evaluation that helps keep you in check and provides tips on improving where you need it. I contacted customer service with questions and concerns, the responses I’ve received were positive, kind and encouraging. I look forward to continuing and achieving my goals through the program. Thank you!!

I have been trying to reset my password for more than a month. Spoke and chatted with customer service, no help. I like that I can log my progress, but the recipes are horrible. The only reason I'm still trying to use the app is because I paid for a three month subscription and want something for my money. I will not be renewing. Can't wait to uninstall.

Total Rip off Scam.Klinio diet... Paid £15 at first then got ripped off for £30-88 on unauthorised repeat payment..did Not get a refund and I did not click on any repeat either..Stay away it's a Scam ...
