I decided the program was not convenient for me. I requested they cancel my subscription. They confirmed my cancelation and then charged my credit card $35. I requested a refund and they declined to refund the charge. Beware of these click bait companies.

If I could rate less than zero I would Saw money come out my account didn't have a clue what it was, finally found ut was an app I had downloaded, the app I downloaded I filled in my details, I did not see the subscription part, when I downloaded the app I realised it was not for me and deleted the same day, it's now cost me £52.00 for something I have not used, taking much needed money out of my account when it's needed for heat and food, no better than a scam. Edit Reply to klinio, I think looking at your trust pilot score and reading reviews on here, I don't actually have to add anything, you need to adjust your moral compasses and stop ripping people off

I had a very similar experience. Don't even know if I ever d/l the app 2 years ago. Missed my previous 6 monthly renewal notices from PayPal until this morning. I immediately contacted them asking to unsubscribe and have my latest subscription refunded. I did not ask for the 3 previous subscriptions just the one that had been taken less than 24 hours before You get no warning that your account has not been used but the auto renewal is enabled. Only the PayPal trigger alerted me after the fact. They hide behind pages of terms of business Very disappointing *Edit* The email I received asked if there was any way they could improve their app. I replied saying they needed more communication and how disappointed I was that I had has a subscription taken out and wouldn't be returned even though it was less than 24 hours. Their response was to offer me books and half subscription return. It's now just over 24 hours since I first noticed and the return is now in my PayPal a/C Thank you, Klinio Team 50% better than 0 especially now

I had exactly the same experience. Had a look at the offering. Didnt use the app and it went dormant on my iphone. The only email follow up was to say my 6 month subscription had auto-renewed. I immediately cancelled and was refused a refund. 12 months paid and zero value received. Stay away from this rip-off. Plenty of other assistance available on other forums. Be warned. You get no warning that your account has not been used but the auto renewal is enabled. Only the PayPal trigger alerted me after the fact. They hide behind pages of terms of business to rip you off. Check the discount they suddenly offer when you go through cancellation routine. Be warned. Use a cheaper more friendly alternative

Subscribed for 6 months but never used automatically renewed which I didn't want. Asked for a cancellation and refund. They cancelled but refused a refund. Avoid this expensive and pointless app.

I have never actually used this app. Apparently at some point I downloaded it without realizing there was an ongoing, ever-increasing fee. I have canceled and requested refunds to no avail. The price for a service I do not want and did not intend to sign up for has now tripled. Their customer "service" keeps telling me they can't find my account, or I haven't jumped through this hoop or that hoop. I will be disputing this charge as fraud through my credit card.

If I could give a lower rating, I would. I recently discovered I have been charged for a service I have not used. I have no memory of having subscribed. 54.96 AUD is a lot of money to lose each month. 274.80 is a lot of money for anyone, let alone a pensioner.
