Rip off, they sneakily just keep taking so much money from your account once you paid for what you believed was $12 a month but silly me didn’t check and they’d deducted $614 from Dec 25 til June 26 when I realised. …and I didn’t use it at all. I HATE SNEAKY SITES LIKE THIS. They’re lucky I gave them 2 stars. Avoid this site unless you want to get reamed. I asked for a refund but guess what-“ NO” WAS THE ANSWER . I should have checked reviews before I signed up - I was scrolling - signed up - didn’t think much of it and then BAM. Always check google or Trust Pilot before signing up to anything.

Mi hanno prelevato illecitamente euro 49,65 senza preavviso e soprattutto l abbonamento non era indicato da nessuna parte. Sono diventata matta per trovare da dove provenisse. Non so se restituiranno, so che sono dei veri e propri truffatori

This company Klinio is a 100% scam. On August 31,2026 they put thru 2 charges: $268 & $39 under the name Innodiets (another scam). I did NOT order anything from them, and am now trying to get a refund. Since they put it on my PayPal account, I'm now in the process of freezing that account and cancelling PayPal permanently. I don't have diabetes, yet found that every other month they have been take an extortionate amount of money from me for an app I never used or have on my phone. No memory of signing up to it either. So this must be a stealth sub

Not sure where, when or how I end up with this company. I never heard of them until I noticed a notice of renewal and was charged a renewal fee. I immediately contacted the company and contested the charge and was told too bad. That usually do not refunds, but they would be gracious today and refunded $16 of the fee of $67. I believe this is just a scam. They charge you and never make any further contact. Who are these people? So STOP! Be vigilant so you too will not be ripped off.

I never downloaded this app or subscribed in 2023. Ive been trying to contact this company to cancel tne subscription for 3 years having paid over £300 and I keep asking for a refund. I dont have diabetes and Im not overweight. My details have been fraudulently used to set up a false acount.

Ive had my card flagged and there were multiple charges to my card and I have never even heard of this app let alone signed up for anything
