I already have a Klinio account and have now had two payments taken from my bank account, by apparently joining again with another email address that I dont have! As I already have an account, why would I want another one and by using an email address I dont even have. I have spoken to an assistant and they did not want to know about this second account and that £47+ had been taken from my bank account. I am really not happy and wont be using Klinio again!! Beware and check that no extra payments have been taken from your bank account!!

I signed up to Klinio and realised it wasn’t useful for me. The hype didn’t live up to expectations. I thought I cancelled the subscription but it automatically renewed 12 months later. I never use the app in all that time. I contacted Klinio when I saw the charge but because I was a few days outside the “14 days cut-off” they refused a refund. The app has been cancelled though (even though they wouldn’t refund). Not an ethical company and not to be trusted.

It is stated in our T&Cs, as well as at the point of checkout and in the order confirmation email, that a subscription must be canceled in order for it to not automatically renew. In addition to that, we'd like to note that canceled subscriptions can be accessed until the expiration date. It's with addons, so gets expensive. No scanner to add meals. Says Mediterranean diet is best, but then it's meal plans are constantly: Buckwheat, barley pearls, tofu and almond milk, with fish and lean meat. I haven't yet seen olives, broadbeans, artichoke etc.. Even though these recipes are different, I will intergrate some in the family's meal plan.

Looked online at this app and just had £51.87 deducted from my UK PayPal account. I never wanted to use it or subscribe to it and therefore I feel that this is so unclear that it feels like I’ve been scammed.

I subscribed for 1 month. My account said 1MONTH yet when the month ended, without warning, they charged my card again. Very deceptive. On that alone, I would never subscribe again.
