Well I was happy until I found, after I had paid, that I needed to access an app to take part. I cannot access any apps on my system and at first, Inhad trouble finding out how to cancel and get a refund. However, once Ingot onto chat and spoke to someone they quickly sorted out refund etc.

I had did have issues being charged for an extra subscription that I did not originally sign up for, however, after speaking with customer service (who was very prompt to get back to me), the issue was resolved in the end and they refunded me for the charge.

We felt like the company just wants to sell you the products offered. As if to say you can’t loose weight if you don’t purchase them. So. We are going try the diet without any products. Another reason is because its not in our budget/affordable

Appli chargée pour un mois car gratuite. Finalement 8 jours plus tard, je suis débitée de 39€. Donc aussitôt je résilie et supprime mon compte. Après plusieurs échanges et une 1 ère réponse de klinio, je viens d être remboursée de la somme indûment débitée. Voilà ce que je peux dire. Sinon bon avis sur l appli elle même.

It's with addons, so gets expensive. No scanner to add meals. Says Mediterranean diet is best, but then it's meal plans are constantly: Buckwheat, barley pearls, tofu and almond milk, with fish and lean meat. I haven't yet seen olives, broadbeans, artichoke etc.. Even though these recipes are different, I will intergrate some in the family's meal plan.
