Hi Martin. We never want to spam anyone and we take compliance and deliverability seriously. If you ever receive unwanted emails, there's an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email we send. You can also hit reply to any recent email and we'd be happy to remove you from our list.

The customer service at this company is truly some of the worst i have ever seen. i think their products could be decent but it’s overshadowed by the fact that you simply cant talk to a live human if you really need help. if i hadn’t just invested 3 months in the set up, i would dump it.

Hi Adam. Sounds like our onboarding process is frustrating and I completely understand. We do disable sending on new accounts so we can confirm a few things before we really get going but that is a brief review process. I hope by now that's all taken care of for you.
