Klaviyo is not just a great product that has changed our eCommerce business for the better, but it has incredible people on its team who are very passionate about helping your business succeed. I wouldn't recommend any other ESP for eComm.

I really love this product. I use it for my business and it has helped us to elevate our email marketing game. Very solid analytics.

Klaviyo has been generally so much easier to use than other email platforms I've worked with. Their analytics are useful and easy to understand without much effort so I can tell we've had a good ROI. Perhaps the only downside is my ability to make my emails look as legit as their examples. When I use my own template it looks plain but when I use their templates it's hard to get it to look consistently like my brand.

Love using Klaviyo. There is a learning curve to using it (I am not a tech person) but it is worth the investment in time. So much information. Using them for both emails and SMS

Klaviyo is a must-have for any eCommerce business owner. As both the owner of a coffee company and a marketing agency, Klaviyo is the only tool is use to send email campaigns and automations. Not to mention the team there is the best!

WHAT ON EARTH!. I just cant believe the audacity. They make it affordable at the start so that you sign in and get comfortable with the system. Which is around $40-70. Expensive but affordable right?. Okay... so now your building a mailing list, running your buiness and getting those margins in and a here comes an opportunity to create a sale, like black friday or christmas. Okay time for an email campaign.... Oh wait....KLAVIYO DONT LET YOU. WHY? BECAUSE YOU NEED TO UPGRADE YOUR PRESCRIPTION.... Okay....fine, i guess an upgrade wont hurt, i dont like it as i feel its misleading but fine lets see the cost.... ......$400!!!!! A MONTH!!!!!!!!!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME. YOU WENT FROM $40-70 A MONTH TO $400!!!!!!. MADDNESSSSSS. Thats like daylight robbery, i cant believe this. WHO IS GOING TO PAY $400 A MONTH FOR A SMALL BUSINESS. THATS LIKE A MORTGAGE FOR A SMALL FLAT AND THEY WANT YOU TO PAY FOR THAT FOR A MAILING SERVICE. Klaviyo man....stop taking the mick out of your customers and stop being greedy. You ar a decent service but i cant believe you are that greedy to wheel people in and then try and destroy their life. TO ALL CUSTOMERS OUT THERE.....AVOID IF YOU WANT TO USE THEM LONG TERM. THERE ARE MUCH CHEAPER ONES OUT THERE WHO OFFER THE EXACT SAME SERVICE!!!!.

Hi Mohammed, thank you for sharing. I understand your frustration and acknowledge your concern with our pricing model. I've taken a look at your account and have some recommendations for significantly reducing your spend with Klaviyo and for making your time with us much more valuable. Please look out for an email from me with more information and invitation to meet!

The tools Klaviyo provides have been exactly what my agency is looking for when it comes to building out automations and sales funnels. Enjoying using a platform that easily allows me to integrate email with sms. I do wish there was a landing page builder that was integrated into Klaviyo Unlike some of the other reviewers, customer service has been pretty responsive with me so far.

Hey Nathan, happy to hear Klaviyo is providing your agency value! In regards to landing pages — we hear you. Klaviyo is an email and SMS marketing service provider, so the ability to build landing pages is not technically a native function of Klaviyo. However, we do offer subscribe pages which serve the same purpose of allowing customers to sign up for email and SMS marketing on a particular page. You can learn more about customizing and using these subscribe pages in our Help Center article titled "How to Custom Code an Unsubscribe or Manage Preferences Page." We also provide many landing page builder integrations. I'm going to connect you with a member of our Partner Success team who can provide some more guidance on using landing or subscribe pages with Klaviyo. Stay tuned!
