Support doesn't help with getting access back to the account. I have 2fa for more than 15 accounts in different softwares, only in klaviyo it doesn't work. I reached out to support 3 times and they told me my phone is wrong, if my phone is wrong how come other codes are working for other softwares.

Klaviyo is an amazing tool that I highly recommend. It is generating me an amazing ROAS. Klaviyo offers an awesome onboarding process. My account manager Anna did an amazing job and helped me finding my way. My first campaign by her guidance led to an open rate of 70%. I am happy to use Klaviyo in the future. Thanks for all and all the best for the future.

This company allows spammers to abuse their service to send MALWARE and PHISHING SPAM. There is no way to report abuse. There is no abuse department. Their form for security vulnerabilities doesn't function. This company is complicit in sending malware and phishing because it offers no way to report abuses of their service. In fact, I would go on to say that this is their precise business model, to cater to spammers, scammers, and hackers. Edit: In reply I was directed to email Klaviyo. I emailed them and they never replied. Then they attempted to get my review removed by demanding personal details such as my name, phone number, and some sort of reference number. I have no business relationship with this company but they insist on sending me MALWARE AND PHISHING SPAM and do not allow a way to report it. They do not reply to numerous contacts I have made toward them. This company is a joke and completely disorganized. Their website is not complete and their claims are falsehoods and lies.

A fantastic onboarding experience with Sophie & Marius. We had a very tight timeline to get everything live and during peak season so added pressure. They were both incredibly helpful in prioritising and supporting Truly through the process. Since launching we have had nothing but success with the platform and would recommend it to anyone.

We have only been using Klaviyo for a short period of time but in that short space its clearly obvious that this marketing software can be a gamechanger for a lot of small business, especially if you have full integration from your ecommerce website into Klaviyo. Segmenting customers automatically into groups based on product categories is simple allowing you to send custom messages to certain groups of people (not actually done this yet though) but just by looking at the power it offers you is much better than anything we have used previously (Pardot, Mailchimp, Sendy etc). Where things get really good though is with the Flows. Keeping in touch with over 30,000 customers is difficult but Klaviyos flows allow you to easily keep in touch with customers automatically. For example, if a customer places an order but they does nothing for another 90 days, Klaviyo knows and you can automatically add them to a flow that drops them a series of "we miss you" emails after the 90 day period. Same goes for abandoned carts, for customers who may have just viewed a product or for those who add products to the basket but do nothing else afterwards. Its early days but its been years since I have been excited to get my teeth into new software. When creating your email templates you can even automatically and dynamically pull certain products into the website without going through the mundane task of creating images / descriptions etc. Its just an incredible tool. Yes there are some negative reviews but most seem to be relating to the support or billing. If you know what you are doing, understand how to create an email template and can get your head around how to put customers into lists and segments, then Klaviyo is by a mile the best value product on the market that I have found. This is why loads of massive companies use it and I bet they make an absolute packet out of Klaviyo. So far so good. Fantastic Product.

Blocked my account right before Christmas. Asked them to retry my payment method and heard nothing back for 3+ days. Now I can't send any marketing over the xmas/boxing day sales. Thanks A Lot!
