Advanced, and well built platform unfortunately degraded with some of the worst and most frustrating support in the industry. You end up waiting 1 week for a reply only to get a cookie-cutter copy and paste that does not address your issue. If you're lucky enough to find an agent that read your email, rest assured they only read 1/3'rd and won't address your main concern. Then they send you around and around. You're basically on your own. Their new UI makes less sense, and they seemingly removed their status feed, which was very useful. For what you get it's too $$$

I use Klaviyo as a graphic designer and I love the possibilities! The interface is really clear and it is very easy to make a good design with it! What I like about it is that you can drag desired elements, such as media blocks, to the newsletter design very easily. When you need to make multiple newsletters, which is mostly the case, you can save your earlier made design into a template which speeds up the process. I would recommend Klaviyo to any other company who is in need of a good newsletter/marketing software.

We switched over to Klaviyo from Sendgrid and have been quite happy with the results. The interface is remarkably well designed. It's easy to set up flows. Many of these are pre-designed and work well. The delivery rate is good, and I am not just relying on their dashboard: Google GA4 confirms that we are getting increased clicks on our website.

Recently made the switch to Klaviyo from ActiveCampaign and we are wishing we did it sooner - much slicker product, with incredible guided Onboarding and ongoing support from Growth team. Was so great working with Marius, wish we could keep him!

It's really a terrible product. Too many bugs, not enough features, seems like the product team is doing everything, but making the lives of their customers easier. Crazy to think that someone at this scope and with that much investment, can function so poorly.

Very reliable ESP. We've been using it for the past 2 years. Wouldn't choose anything else!
