September 25, 2026 Update: Kittysupps responded by my review of yesterday but has taken no action to credit my credit card for the orders charged to me in August and September 2026 totaling $99.82, that I did not order. PLEASE BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS NOT HONORABLE!! I have requested for the past two months that my account be closed and not to ship any orders. This company persists in charging my credit card and shipping product. I have requested a return authorization and they do not accept return product. This company continues to charge my credit card and ship product despite my continued request to STOP. I recommend NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and also contacted my credit card company. BEWARE this company is not reputable!!

BEWARE!! I saw the ad online and checked out the site. Didn’t order, just looking. A few days later I get an email with an order confirmation and payment receipt from PayPal. So I wrote them and explained I ordered nothing—they confirmed I had no order, no “subscription” and to just “Return to Sender” when it arrived. I’m now four months and over $400 into this and can’t get them to stop shipping or to refund me. Anna on their site assured me they’ll “consider refunding me” even though it’s all been fraudulent from day 1. Do NOT get scammed like I did—and still am—stay FAR away from kittysupps!

No Stars!!! When I originally ordered Taurine I was going to just try it to see if it would work. I told my vet and she said it wasn’t what I needed so I never gave it to my cat. Then I get an email saying they are sending me another and have already charged it to my account! I never signed up for autoship! Why would I sign up for autoship on a supplement for my pet that I have never used before when I don’t even know if it is going to work or not??? Well it turns out KittySupp automatically puts your account on autoship when you purchase from them. They send you an email on a Saturday saying the item has been charge to your account then on Sunday they send you another email saying it has been shipped. Conveniently for them their customer service isn’t open on the weekends so when you try to stop the order and shipment you have to wait for them to respond to your email requesting for them to STOP. Then they send you an email saying it is too late because it has already shipped! Last month when this happened I was contacted via email by Anna apologizing for the error stating she corrected the error and so it won’t happen again. WRONG! Here I am in Sept being charged again! She never fixed the issue and now I have to send emails again requesting for them to stop. I also checked my account and she never cancelled my subscription like she said she would. Luckily I kept the email from August saying this wouldn’t happen again. I will be contacting my bank Monday also. This is fraud! Don’t use this company.

Kitty supps is making a difference in our 17 year 7 mos old cat. I was really worrying about her longevity and if we were heading for the rainbow bridge. We started this at the end of July and 2 months later seeing a difference. I’m more hopeful for more years with her.
