Product has not helped our cat. please stop sending it

What went wrong? They ripped me off twice. I am out $100 because they sent me product that I didn’t order…twice. They used my card without authorization twice. I have emailed them countless times and they don’t respond. I have requested to return the product…no response. Now I have to file a fraud complaint with my bank and get a new card which will mean contacting all of my debtors and I’m still out my $. Two months now and I still cannot get information from this company regarding the return process nor have I received any information about my refund. I do not know how they get away with this. I hope someone shuts them down because they have fraudulent practices. The answer that they left me was a joke. I have several answers that say they will get the department to send me the information on how to proceed with a return as well as what/when I will receive my refund. However, that department does not exist. This has been going on since Mid August 2026.

I ordered 1 bottle. They signed me up for a subscription I didn’t want. I have emailed back and forth with them and they keep sending more bottles. They are getting no extra payments from me, so clearly they are not concerned about losing money. You only hear back from bots. I highly recommend you NOT order from this company. I have 4 extra bottles I’ll give away! At this point, I don’t trust the product or company whatsoever!!

Good supplement. My cat is more energetic. Only complaint is shipping was delayed during the holidays.

My old cat can barely walk sometimes but this helps. His joints are definitely better. Came in the mail within a week.
