I ordered 1 jar of KittySupps. After showing the product to our vet, he said to NOT use it. Since I only bought that one jar it wasn't a problem. However, KittySupps has stilled charged me $49.90 every month for the last 3 months and shipped product, that I don't use or want. I've contacted the KittySupps customer service each time and they have assured me that they have taken care of the problem and I will not be charged/sent KittySupps again. Yet every month they DO charge and send product. DO NOT trust these people!

Good quality product. My cat is more energetic. Only complaint is shipping was delayed. Took about 12 days.

I give them ZERO Stars!!!! They are a scam and they are THIEVES!!!!! I bought 1 time, got nothing and they charged my card again. Turns out, they put your card # in their digital wallet, so they never need your card again to keep charging your card multiple times. I know this from experience. They got the one I placed but got no product, then they charged it again but I reported FRAUD and got it back. I was just notified they tried again and I said it was fraud so it did not hit the account and now it is out of their digital wallet so these bastard thieve rats need to go back to the sewage they emerged from!! FAKE, SCAM, THIEVES, AND FRAUD!!!! GET A JOB AND EARN YOUR OWN $$ IDIOTS!!!! Consumer: DON’T SAY YOU WERE NOT WARNED!!!!

A couple of months ago I purchased 3 containers of the Taurine supplement for my cat. I got the supplements because for years my cat has been throwing up on a regular basis. In the last year it has been daily and even multiple times a day. Once I started him on the supplement for the 3 months he was taking them he threw up only once. Then the supplement ended, I didn’t order more and within a month he went back to throwing up daily. I saw an unbelievable improvement in him when he was on the supplements, and then what happened when he went off. Just ordered a new batch and will start again ASAP.

This company is a scam. First of all I ordered the taurine supplements for my kitties, I got a notice in the mail from the post office saying it was fraudulent posting on their end, so I paid for the product and never received it. I’ve been trying to get my refund back for months and they just keep sending the same exact email saying my refund will be expedited, and it never does. They just keep giving me the run around and never any resolvement. DONT ORDER THROUGH THEM! #kittysupps, seeing as I cannot reply to your response, I will write it here. I have already emailed your support email several times, thats the email address that you guys keep responding with saying the same exact thing and still never refunding my money. It’s literally been like 4 months and you guys keep scamming me around and saying I will receive my refund in 1-2 business days and it never comes. Like I said BIG SCAM. I’ve even reported you to the better business bureau and they emailed you guys as well. Still nothing..

These guys are like a covert narc who seems fine at first, for over a year even, then uses your belief that they're decent to f you over. They purposely broke my subscription so my card wouldn't work after it had worked for over a year, were useless at fixing it with back and forth bullshit AI generated emails, so I cancelled it. I bought two tubs of the taurine supplement at a sale price once, then a month later they charged me for two tubs at full price without a subscription and without my permission. They're a scam. Have put in a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Go find reputable cat supplements people.
