Customer service is trash!!! I ordered from here before never took months to get things but also returned things and it took months to get gift card to use. It's been almost a month & they told me it take 1 to 2 weeks before shipping. Then I told them it's been 3 weeks and no reply. Good product but probably my last time purchasing. All around service sucks, F' the product at this point. You can't even purchase things for Christmas because you won't get it in time.

Last Christmas my brother ordered me a sweatshirt off the site. After weeks of no feedback or delivery he reached out where he was told the item was no longer in stock and they would refund him. Fast forward to a month ago when I ordered an item from their website where I was told it would be delivered in 5-7 days. A month later I reached out after not receiving my package or a tracking number and asked for an update. I was told I would receive one in 1-3 weeks. An UPDATE two months after I ordered. Will I ever get one? Probably not. Don’t order from here unless you’re okay with your item possibly not being delivered or being delivered two months after they said it would be.

The jacket I order never arrived! After one month of waiting and multiple emails to the customer service (they assured me each time that the order will be shipped in 2-4 days) my order was canceled and guess what - the refunded amount was significantly lower than the paid amount. Resolution is still pending :( I will never order again from Kith!

I ordered a product from Kith and when it arrived it did not match the images shown on the site. The colors were clearly different from what was advertised. I messaged customer support and was ghosted over the course of a week. When I did get a response they disregarded the problem (I attached a screenshot of the product shown on the website as well as a photo of what I got in the mail) and then directed me to their return policy. I will have to pay for shipping both ways on top of an $8 restock fee and the refund will be in Kith credit. I liked Kith's designs and didn't have a problem with them previously but that was because i had never dealt with returns. I would not recommend shopping at Kith online. Also, the customer support is far from helpful.

I placed an order on November 29th and after 18 days I received an email that my order had been cancelled. I did not expect that a brand with such good products and good marketing would make me wait 18 days to tell me that the order was cancelled. During those 18 days it is true that every time I wrote to the customer service they answered me quickly but without a clear solution. What is evident is that they do not manage the stock well in relation to the orders. During those 18 days the product was still in stock until the day the product was cancelled. It is a shame that a brand like KITH does not have the means to manage online orders effectively. I received the full amount of the order 4 days after the cancellation of the order.

Monday Program drops, quality on clothing is usually very good, shipping is also usually very quick and easy but have run into sometimes where its taken 1-2 weeks before my order was even shipped. Haven't had a problem with KITH and continue to keep doing business with them. The Prices are sometimes high but the quality is always there and always worth it.

Love shopping with Kith. Haven't been lucky enough to go to their actual stores but shop online with them frequently. Shipping is always quick and packaged nicely. I had a small issue with an item I purchased, so I contacted the customer service team and I got a rapid response and a solution to my issue. Highly recommend purchasing from Kith.

Love your product, very nice collection. Price are little bit high but quality still perfect.
