I received an order of mens pants that I never ordered and did not pay for. I believe its a "brushing scam" where the company sends out items and then posts its own review using your details to make themselves seem more legitimate. I contacted customer service and they originally said they could not prevent the order from being posted as it had already shipped. I've now tried to arrange a return given I have no use for size 30 mens pants and the "Order number is not recognised" by their international returns page. I have emailed their customer service email address to see if they will be able to arrange the return but given other reviews I've seen on this page, I am not anticipating a useful response. The scam has been reported to the ACCC.

Be very careful that its going to cost you a lot to return a product! When you buy a product the return policy doesn't state that you actually have to pay an extra 10€ to ship your product back, on top of the original 10€ shipping cost. So it actually costs you 20€ if you're not satisfied with a product and have to return it. I sent a complain to the customer service about this, since it wasn't possible to be aware of this cost during the buying process and I was fooled on the conditions of the transaction. I didn't get any reply from them La politique de retour ne stipule pas au moment de l'achat qu'il faut payer 10€ supplémentaires pour retourner un article, en plus des 10€ de livraison initiale non remboursés. Cela coûte donc 20€ pour retourner un article si celui-ci ne convient pas! Cela n'est pas annoncé durant le processus d'achat, j'ai été trompé sur les conditions générales. First of all, I would like to point out that this is the first time that I have used this platform to express my dissatisfaction following an online purchase. Indeed, I am a regular at online stores and I have never, to date, been confronted with such contempt from customer service. Ronnie Fieg, a well-known figure in the world of streetwear, who inspires confidence, is the head of the KITH stores. This renowned, luxury-oriented boutique specializes in the sale of streetwear clothing. As a result, we are entitled to expect customer service that matches the image of the founder: Professional, concerned, commercial. But the reality is quite different. Customer service can be validly described as poor. This is only done via email or twitter, no way to contact them by phone. Is this a coincidence or already a sign of a hidden desire to flee the settlement of a dispute? I personally wonder... Having no other choice, they must be contacted by email or Twitter. And there prepare to be totally ignored, neglected. If you are lucky enough to have an answer; either it will not respond to your request or it will be an automatic response. In other words, you find yourself trapped in a situation without customer service showing the slightest desire to satisfy you. This attitude towards customers is completely outrageous and disrespectful. This is by far the worst customer service I have encountered. Just look at the number of negative reviews on this platform… Unfortunately I had not consulted it before placing an order on their site. I therefore recommend that you avoid this online shop which gives off a professional image when in reality it is not

Awesome product and design but the customer service is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. Reply time is up to 7+ days if you are lucky to receive an answer. Only channel working seems to be via e-mail.

Truly the worst 'customer service' I have ever experience. Feels like a scam as I purchased an item which was faulty. 3 months later and countless emails, they barely reply, when they do they say someone will be in touch in the next few days and no one ever is. Hopeless.

I purchased a pair of Converse sneakers from Kith for my Grandaughter as a Christmas Present - but didn't see her until after the Holiday to give her the gift. This week (1/12/2022,) she called to let me know the sneaks didn't fit and could I give her the receipt or return them for her. That's when I actually read the return policy - no returns after 30 days! Awful - as this was a gift I purchased early during the Christmas shopping season so I had missed the return window of 30 days. I would have thought because it was a gift and during the Christmas season the company could extend their timing of this strict policy, but have not heard back from them. I would not purchase from them again - as well as the 30 day return policy, apparently they only offer a store credit on returns so don't expect to get your money back. Also, they charge for shipping and a stocking fee - not great customer service if you are trying to keep consumers. I haven't even heard back from them. Beware!

If I could I would give 0 stars. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I ordered shoes on December 10th and only received an order confirmation but never a shipment tracking or anything else. So it’s been a month and my 210€ are down the drain! Im really mad and can’t reach anyone at customer service after writing numerous emails. It’s all just a huge scam! Also they say on their website they only refund in gift cards which I think is just ridiculous. DONT EVER ORDER FROM KITH! I hope I might get an update on my order but I highly doubt it.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Took them over a month to ship my package and I still haven’t gotten it. After it was almost delivered to my house they decided to withhold the pacakage and send it back to themselves. They literally don’t have a customer service I haven’t gotten a hold of one person
