Ordered a jersey from them and the sizing was off, I had to ship it back but it took a little over a month to receive the exchange... luckily the sizing fit well after.

I ordered some margielas and they came looking used… it’s crazy cause you would never expect that from a reputable place and it’s a very expensive shoe too. The box was dirty, had a hair in it, the bottom soles of the shoes were dirty so it seems like someone used it and returned it. I tried emailing them but no reply, really disappointed, keep in mind it never said the shoes were preowned anywhere on the website. Don’t risk ordering super expensive stuff with them! *EDIT: They’ve responded to my email and have offered me different solutions to my issue, they were understanding and I’m appreciative of that. It doesn’t take away from the mistake of selling a used item, however they tried to resolve the problem professionally without giving me a hard time, so thanks!

I ordered two pairs of sneakers, but then I received a shipping confirmation that only listed one pair. I then contacted customer service to ask what was happening with the other pair, and the response was that the other pair was being shipped from a different warehouse. 12 hours later, Kith canceled that pair.

Commande d'une veste à 295 euros, 10 euros de frais port, déjà c'est abusé mais bon c'est pas le pire. La veste est arrivé en BOULE dans une poche plastique sans inscription dessus, pas propre et non fermé qui semblait avoir été réutilisé. Il faudrait justifier ces frais de livraisons... et pour des articles à ce prix là je trouve que c'est une honte d'envoyer les produits comme ça! Il y a des marques bien moins cher qui s'appliquent beaucoup plus, même 90% des colis vinted sont mieux. Je mets 2 étoiles car l'article est conforme bien qu'arrivé froissé.

Pour le moment ça ne mérite pas mieux. Commande de 119€ passer le 4/10 nous somme aujourd’hui le 14/10 le mail de leur part que j’ai reçu étais le mail disant que ma commande a bien été passer depuis je n’ai absolument aucune nouvelle + le site ne s’ouvre plus. J’ai essayé d’envoyer un mail à l’adresse du premier mail, il n’a pas été délivré car le mail n’existe pas

The item I won a draw on in August was not what I received in October. I was informed at the end of September that I wouldn’t receive the item I won and wanted. But was given a choice to receive another one at half off. Something is better than nothing.

Ordered a pair of sneakers on 9th of May, received no notifications until 17th, enquired about this delay, got a quick response( which i appreciate) that they are having issues due to increased number of orders, and after another 2 days my order got cancelled, currently waiting for the refund

I just received my 1st order from this site and the shoes are 2 sizes too small. It says they are a mens 9 but it’s most definitely a kids shoe. I just went on the site to try and exchange the shoes and now my shoes are final order smh I’ll never order from this site again
