Size chart is incorrect I wanted a UK 9 so ordered an adidas US 11.5 as the size guide advised but when they arrived they were clearly marked as US 11.5 UK 10 Nike’s US 11.5 is a UK 9. A returns label was offered but a family member took them, annoying as £6 delivery is quite steep especially on a wrongly described item

Clothes look nice but question the quality in some instances. The customer experience is not very good. I ordered cloth just to find out their inventory wasn't updated and their we out of stock. pre-ordered items then find out delivery triples from 4 weeks to 12-16 weeks. Snaps on cloth break and little use. Return policy is very customer friendly. My patience have worn thin and I am moving on. It's too bad.

Terrible, Terrible customer service. Fedex delivered my shoe to wrong address. The picture they took was not my house. I provided pictures of the delivery and a one of my front. They are different. I contacted them and since FedEx says it's delivered, therefore it's not their problem. FedEx won't me help either. Completely wrong!!

The 3 stars will remain to reflect the QC issues and my initial dealings with customer support. Original review: Ordered a pair of the 8th Street Gazelles. Following a 6 Month wait (this was fine and fully explained as a 'made to order' item) they arrived with a small tear on the suede. Customer services provided two options: A) A 10Euro gift card - the trainers cost >200... B) Return and refund - no replacement possible despite a 6month wait... Neither of these options appeal and are frankly poor from any genuine retailer.

I'm a big fan of Kith and Ronnie Fieg, but my online shopping experience on the Kith website has been less than ideal. On two occasions, my orders were refunded because the items were no longer available, even though the orders had been confirmed. Improved inventory management and better integration with the web-front are necessary to prevent such issues. Additionally, the funds from unsuccessful drawing entries take a long time to be released back to me. This delay should be addressed as a key improvement, alongside the inventory management issues I've mentioned earlier.

I ordered shoes for my son for Christmas and I am trying to return them. Unfortunately I wanted til the 30 day to return them but it wont let me make the return. I am texting them on their website and trying to call them with no luck. I don't want to be stuck with $160 shoes that no one can wear. Please help me make this return today.

Love the apparel and collocations but their customer service sucks. I've been trying to get in touch with them for 6 days now because they messed up one of my orders. I'm just looking for a replacement or a refund but still haven't received a single word from them. It's worse since a "high-end luxury" company still charges for shipping which is also just highly unusual. You'd expect excellent customer service since they charge so much for a Tshirt and then will charge you for shipping on top of that.

I honest to god love kith's clothes and designs but the customer service is truly abysmal. It takes forever to get a response and it not at all a flexible service. The website and app are both super glitchy.
