The reviews are true. Horrible customer experience. Ordered a pair of really rare sneakers. Even though a shipping label was created they were never send out from the warehouse. First they told me they had a "sorting issue" at the warehouse, a couple of days later the sneakers were "lost". This is crazy.

I discovered this brand through a friend and immediately became a huge fan. I own several Kith items now and I can say that the quality of each item I bought always exceeded my expectations. One of the reasons I love this brand so much is the creativity. They always know how to surprise their loyal customers. I am confident recommending this brand to anyone who likes to experiment with their style and is looking for something unique. Side note: Although the products are great, the customer service needs an improvement.

My experience with customer service has been horrible thus far because I have yet to interact with or receive a reply at all from them. I ordered some Kith x Stance socks on 6/26 and received an email notification on 6/29 indicating that the item was out for delivery. Later, at 5:45 pm, while I was home, I received a notification that it had been dropped off on my doorstep so I took a look outside and there was nothing there. I did report the lost package to UPS and of course I received an automated message deferring to the shipper (this was after I had completed a lost package claim online that also hasn't been updated). I live in a nice neighborhood and order shoes/clothes from StockX, Saks5thAvenue, Supreme, etc all the time and have never had anything stolen off of my porch plus we know our neighbors. Also, I was home when the package was purportedly "dropped off" and did not see it. I sent an email to Kith customer service detailing what had transpired on 6/30 and have not received any response whatsoever. I really like a lot of Kith's pieces and they do cool collaborations and this is only my second time purchasing a Kith item directly from them, but if my experience thus far is a solid indication of the quality of their customer service, then I probably won't be buying anything from them a third time. It's a good thing my item wasn't expensive!

They did not ship the socks that I have paid for when many people already have received their socks, and cosutmer service keep saying that i should wait and they are working hard to identify the issue and find a resolution for me, but nothing happens.

I order some shoes by Kith.eu The shoes where damaged and not good of quality so I wanted to send them back. I must pay 10 euro for the shipping costs that is normal but I also must pay 10 euro’s for send them back. So they stole 20 euro and deliver a bad product. I will never order again by this bad company!

EDIT: after the 4th back and forth with customer service someone who did have the authority to help me out jumped in and offered to refund. Shoes are already shipped and duties payed so it’s too late. I appreciate the gesture, just wish it would’ve been a bit quicker before going back and forth with CS for weeks. Upgrading my rating from 1 to 2 stars. Bad customer service all around. Response times are long and they just keep referring to policy. I ordered a final sale product - I understand what that means. But to my surprise I was getting charged as much in Duty & Fees as I was for the products themselves. I begged the customer service to understand an consider making an exception to the policy but they just kept referring to the policy as if I hadn't said anything. They say they CANNOT accept returns, which is probably true for a customer service employee that is instructed never to deviate from policy. I asked to get connected to someone with the authority to make an exception like that so that at least they would let me know that either they WOULD make the exception or DIDN"T WANT TO make an exception. I'm (or rather was) a return customer, and an avid sneaker collector and just asked for some help and understanding and at least give them the chance to decide to help or be rigid and spit me in the face so I can make the decision to advocate or crap on their brand in the Sneaker community. Unfortunately I kept stuck in a loop with Customer Service who kept insisting they CANNOT deviate from policy as if the company is it's own independent living entity that makes rules completely without any influence from the people that work there. NEVER EVER buying ANYTHING at this store again and I will actively invest energy to keep other people from doing so as well.
