The truth was I was afraid to buy in this store because of the reviews and I had even regretted it and I wanted my money back but I was surprised. The sneakers arrived on Dec 24, 22 in Puerto Rico. I am super happy with everything without any problem, it took them a long time to ship 6 days and as in 3 days it had already arrived, you have to be sure that you want the tennis shoes that you are going to buy because you cannot cancel for now I am happy with the store good prices

Their “return” policy is horrendous I have never seen anything like it. If you purchase from kith.com they charge $10 shipping. Fine, however the item I ordered was 4 inches long and weighs 3 ounces. Then there is no refund. Online and in store is apparently different so you can’t return in store. So you are forced to ship it back in which case you be charged a $8 restocking fee. Furthermore, you can then only have credit, no refunds and the credit can only be used at the online store. What a joke. My mother purchased an item as a Christmas gift that was $55 plus tax and the $10 ship around $70. So then minus the $8 restocking fee she can now hand over a store credit of around $49 to be used at the online store as a Christmas gift. NEVER NEVER purchasing from here again! Oh and you can’t actually speak to anyone only can send an email or DM on Twitter. Scammy and thieves.

I ordered a dartboard recently, cost me more than $500.00. The product is damaged upon the delivery, emailed them, no response at all. What a shame, won't shop them anymore. Please avoid this merchant.

The worst… no wonder you have such a bad review on trust pilot. No response at all, I tried email, twitter, instagram.. nothing. No phone number to contact. What a shame. You know your products are not cheap right?? Better invest in cust service soon otherwise you will lose all these customers!

These comments are real, please be very careful when dealing with this company. Terrible customer service. No free shipping, regardless of what you spend. Did packaging for their site but NOT customers and for an expensive up and coming brand, this was a BIG miss. Additionally your shipping and billing have to match. So no gifting unless you ship yourself, another BIG miss. I am going to find out who is behind this company, my gut tells me it is not an experienced group of any luxury brand. Wow, please be very careful with your expectations and this company. I will be getting to the bottom of their nonsense. Appreciate your response but it doesn't help the overall issues.

J’ai eu assez peur en commandant car j’avais vu tous ces avis négatifs. En revanche je n’ai pas été déçu, expédition en une semaine à peu près et livraison prise en charge par DHL en moins de 4 jours. J’ai commandé sur kith worlwide et j’ai eu aucuns soucis. J’habite en France.

Absolutely negative experience. After receiving emails about the order delay, I receive another email after two weeks with ORDER CANCELED without providing further details. Bad behavior!!
