Ordered the safety pin pants from samiro vintage and other items and the pants came without the pin… then emailed about it and issue was ignored and i was told to just return it…. Horrible customer service considering i dropped 1800$ on my order….

Havent purchased anything yet, however, why are the prices and stock quantites different on the website when compared to the mobile app. With all the bad reviews, it makes me really hesitant to order. Example, Kith Turbo Swim Short on web app £120. On the mobile app, they are £145... Thats quite a difference. This happens on multiple items. I can understand maybe the stock isnt syncing with the app.. but considering Kith's own brand is never on sale.. why are the prices so different.

They waited nearly a week to tell me the item was out of stock and said it would be another 7 days on top for the refund. I ordered within minutes of the release and the item stayed in stock for ages after my order, so don't really understand. They only sent a template email with no apology. I did not receive a refund on shipping. Tried to contact them via the email on their website, which they keep telling people to contact, but not got a response. I recently bought a lot of stuff in their Paris store and will aim to return it all now. Disgraceful customer service. Wish I had read the reviews before.

Had a problem with my Kith order but customer service fixed it after a few emails. Could have been quicker but nonetheless they made it right.

I made an order with KITH EU online on 06/05/2023 for €145.00 It is now 26/05/2023. I still have no idea if they even had the product I paid for in the first place. I e had no dispatch confirmation, no tracking number, no update of any kind. I’ve tried speaking with Customer Services. Gary, has danced around the subject entirely. He wouldn’t even tell me if they have the product and if they’ve any intention of sending it. I eventually have asked to cancel my order and requested a refund. And now silence. They haven’t responded to my last four emails. This company is robbing people. Literally criminal activity and they ought to be shut down. Ronnie Fieg, as a family man supposedly a man of morals and mindfulness, you should be ashamed of how your company practice. I will not rest until I have my money returned and can only hope my efforts bring some justice to this business who will start treating their customers with respect and loyalty. The reviews here are a disgrace. KITH, you should be ashamed.

They have zero care and consideration for the customers. I’ve written 6 emails and called every shop and have not had any contact back. Do not shop here under any circumstance IVE JUST RECEIVED A RESPONSE FROM KITH ASKING ME TO EMAIL THEM 😂 THEY’VE NOT EVEN FEAD MY COMPLAINT TO REALISE THAT THE PROBLEM IS THEY DONT RESPOND TO EMAILS KITH - GO BACK AND CHECK YOUR EMAILS!!!!!

They have the worst customer service. They do not reply to your emails at all!!!! And there is no customer service phone number. This is the second time I’ve ordered from them and received no help at all when reaching out. I would never buy from them again. They are very unprofessional.
