Won a raffle, and was charged the amount + shipping fee (not pending, actually posted/charged). 2 weeks later item has not yet shipped, ask Customer Service about cancelling, no response to my question but rather an offer to waive shipping fee. Finally got a shipping conformation (still have not recieved item) and I asked Customer Service how do I get my shipping fee refunded and they replied that they dont refund shipping fees? Straight up lied to me to get me to not cancel my order! Never purchasing from KITH AGAIN!

Recently, I participated the online raffle on Kith eu website(app) for the New Balance 1700 Kith Toronto shoes. As a kith fan, even after several issues with their online shopping service, I still show my support and continued buying from them. So this time I participated for the two colors. And I won the two raffles since they're still available and sitting on their website after the raffle finished. However, I was SHOCKED that the price on the website is 180 euros each and when I check my bank account, the price was 210 euros each just because I bought the same shoes via raffle. That's totally crazy and as a sneakerhead, I've never seen any other retailers do the same thing like Kith. Different price for raffle and general release for the same shoes? Serious? Who will still support you by participating your raffle if you do things like this. I contacted the customer service for this issus since for me it's for sure an error with the price but as usual didn't get any response. Purchased items with very clear measurements listed. Product was not received meeting those measurements. Most companies it’s no problem. Not these heathens. No return policy although they lead you think you can make a return within 30 days. No one wants a gift card

Ordered almost half a grand in clothes only for FedEx to deliver it to the wrong address with picture evidence. As the shipper KITH needed to file a claim with them so I can get my money back. Since the claim has been filed no matter how long its been all they say is that they have not heard back from FedEx yet. Every time I call FedEx myself they tell me they've sent the resolution to KITH and I need to contact them. I just want my money back :(

Purchased a 300 dollar hoodie, then have it abandoned to the building front entrance by a bogus company they used named T-Force. Reach out to their customer service just for them to send me a pic of the package being abandoned at the entrance of the building and then claim I’m committing FRAUD over email. End result now I have to reach out to my bank and file a dispute, Still out of a coveted Giants hoodie I wanted all while being told I’m committing fraud. Safe to say KITH lost a loyal customer and they are bold for treating customers this way!!

Does not care about the customer! Kith has plain T-shirt for sale for 75$ but use the worst shipping carrier. I've never heard of TForce Logistics. The shipping carrier was a horrible experience. The audacity to have luxury priced clothing and use the cheapest possible shipping methods tells you everything you need to know about how they value their customers!

I recently made a purchase from Kith, and the entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. My order has been in limbo for an extended period, and despite my attempts to get clarity, I’ve been met with dismissive and unhelpful responses. Rather than taking responsibility for the delivery issues, Kith conveniently shifted the blame to their carrier, expecting me to wait indefinitely for an investigation. It’s evident that Kith prioritizes their bottom line over customer satisfaction. Their refusal to either resend my order or provide a refund, despite the clear delivery mishap, speaks volumes about their lack of commitment to their customers. It’s shocking that a company would leave a customer high and dry, especially when they are clearly in the wrong. I urge potential buyers to think twice before engaging with Kith. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service is a glaring red flag. There are plenty of other businesses out there that value their customers and stand by their products and services.

- ordered on 08/02 - the next day (08/03) i received a refund notification: that the item was sold out, and refund will be issued - with a WRONG AMOUNT (88 eur intead of 115 eur). on which i was being assured by their agents, that its just a typo, everything is OK. Later on, my balance was actually CHARGED – so no transaction revert. WELL... fine. - somewhat around 08/12 i requested an explanation, as my refund was not yet received. on which i was blatantly ghosted. - on 08/15 i sent a bunch more requests - and, finally on 08/16 they gave me, again, a copy paste response from 08/02, that refund will be issued in 1-5 days, which of course was a ridiculous humiliation. and after a repeated my request - literally, what i got was " Hello, Due to a technical glitch, the refund was not issued However, we have issued it now and it will be available in your account in 1-5 business days " - and thats it. So even no sorry, no nothing. TBC - fingers crossed they could do the maths and will send me the correct amount. So if you are considering shopping on their website, beware, that they don't give a crap on you and won't do a thing to straighten up your negative experience. "Technical glitch... Next!"
