Do not purchase here. Bought 4 Xmas gifts for someone and as soon as they arrived I knew 2 would be too big so I asked to exchange. They said no. They will issue a store credit only (no cash refunds) and then when I received it I could try to rebuy. I said I would wait til Xmas and then return. Emailed again 2 days after Xmas (they take a few days to get back to you), but sorry too late - over 30 days. Seriously only arrogant, poor customer service responses! If you can’t be in the customer service business and support your product get out of the business!

Great products, but the packaging when they ship an item is just horrible. This is a "luxury" brand, and Zara has better shipping and packaging. I recently bought two jackets, one priced at $500 and the other at $700; they arrived in a cheap plastic bag, looking like they came from China. Considering the price you're paying and the brand's luxury status, there's a need to step up the packaging and shipping. One was a gift, and I was embarrassed to give it to my friend because it looks like I got it from an offsite and not actual Kith. Please, at least include some Kith printed tissue paper and put it in the box.

I made an order and afterwards, I went to see the reviews. After seeing such negative reviews I was skeptical about whether my order will arrive on time. However, this was not the case i received my order within 3 days!! after purchasing and couldn't be any happier. Great service, quite confused about the negative reviews. My experience was great. Keep up the good work

I ordered stroller for 1650€ and they sent me only sun canopy!!!! I don’t have my money, stroller and any answer from them for one week already!!! Really don’t know what to do, suppose to be christmas present for my daughter. Does anybody know what to do? Thank you UPDATE: I got the email from you. Thank you. Waiting for refund and new item. Si j'avais lu tous ces avis négatif sur Kith avant de faire ma première commande, je me serais abstenue !! Service client déplorable, voire inexistant. Commande arrivée mais la taille ne convenant pas j'ai procédé au retour (payant 10€). Ca fait 10 jours qu'ils l'ont bien reçu et je n'ai toujours aucun remboursement malgré plusieurs emails envoyés restés sans réponse ni confirmation sur mon compte. J'ai finalement obtenu mon remboursement car j'ai beaucoup insisté..

Worst customer care service i’ve ever seen. Basically non existent…i’ve ordered a beanie for my husband on 21st of November, it was supposed to be a present for Saint Nicholas day (6th of December). The item never arrived, it reached the carrier somewhere in Belgium and it was sent back to sender…no explanation whatsoever from Kith, they just replied that they will refund. I told them i still want the product and kindly asked them to reship.Sent them several reminders. They never replied back and also the refund didn’t happen to this day. Never shopping from them again, totally lost my trust. Is there an European legal entity I can complain about this? This type of service shouldn’t be allowed in the european space…

Kith is the worst. I bought a shoe and then never received any update about shipment or anything. When I inquired via email and chat, there was no response at all. Hours later, I just got an autogenerated refund email. No interaction, no apologies, nothing.

Order number: #50006124680 Kith x MSG x New Balance 990v6. Shoe was horribly burnt on the tongue. Since it was a collab, all they can do was refund and an unsincere apology thru email. Refund that I haven’t got yet. No compensations for winning the draw. As in zero. Just apologies. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed. Here’s what they said in the email: Rest assured that your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are here to assist you with any questions or concerns that you may have. Please let us know. We're here to help. I was like: Wow. They’re good with words and apologies but can’t really help customers. I was thinking their QC was either lazy or nonexistent. You really think the customer was satisfied and how can it be your top priority if there’s no compensation for a draw that’s won. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed. Highly, overly unfair for the customer affected. Lost my love, affection and loyalty towards their brand. Considering other brands now.
