We bought our sectional, an additional set of slipcovers, a coffee table, and a leather cushion all from King Living, sight unseen. I have never melted into a more comfortable, durable, and elegant piece of furniture. It's the finishing touches that make this furniture well worth the pricetag - the upholstered elements of the sofa are pristine, heavy, soft, and feel extremely durable; all corners of the coffee table that one might bump their feet against have been smoothed into aesthetic curves. If the furniture and cushion weren't enough, the customer service received from King has been nothing short of spectacular. When I made my online order then noticed later that a discount had not been applied, I reached out to customer service, received a response right away, and the price was lowered graciously. When it came time to pay the balance of the invoice and my cellphone had just died, barring me from my online bank accounts temporarily, customer service was, again, extremely gracious and allayed my anxiety over the situation. Delivery of the sectional was smooth as butter, the young men who delivered the items were courteous, efficient, approachable, and kind - the sort of guys I would not be afraid to let into my home even if I were there alone when they arrived. They answered all questions about my new furniture and assured me that the one outstanding item, the cushion, would be searched for, accounted for, and delivered ASAP. Not a day passed before I received an email from yet another customer service representative following up on the cushion unprompted. Every single time I have communicated with customer service, I have received exemplary service and an extremely timely response. I will never buy new furniture anywhere else and I will recommend King to anyone. We had a fantastic experience that greatly exceeded my expectations.
