BUYER BEWARE! Within an hour of delivery it became obvious that the leather and the filling in our $7,000 couch was defective and not anywhere close to the standard promised. It wrinkled and sagged, the likes of which I've never experienced before. It is lumpy and uncomfortable and looks nothing like the display model. I complained immediately and they offered to come back and put a patch on the seats. Then the leg rests became crumpled and wrinkled followed by the back rests. Finally the arm rests now show a permanent indentation where your elbow rests! After only 2 weeks! They are refusing to pick it up and give a refund. This couch looks like I got it from a thrift store and they don't seem to mind. Their solution is to come and basically restuff it with a bunch of inserts. Since every surface is defective, you would have to replace all the filling and all the leather everywhere on the couch. Why would I agree to accept a brand new expensive couch that already needs patching? That's just BS. I'm just so shocked that they would leave this wreck of a couch, clearly defective beyond repair out here for me to spread the word about! We need to go to court to get our money back. This was our first expensive furniture purchase and was supposed to be a statement piece to last a lifetime. Instead it began falling apart on day 1. So disappointed. Our order/quotation number is COM25070236. They did come out and pick up the couch two weeks ago and still no refund. Lucy dropped the ball. More bad news. Over a month has gone by since they picked up the couch and still no refund. Many emails with promises of "any day now" have been nothing but lies. I'm guessing it's possibly a stall tactic until they file bankruptcy? We decided to file a dispute with the credit card company. Now king living is claiming they can't give us a refund because of the dispute. Checking with our bank, we were told that is simply not true and often a tactic used by companies to get people to drop the dispute and then you never hear from them. The fact that you are reading this means you are ahead of the game and smarter than we were! Is this who you want to do business with?

Useful design and beautiful to look at but the actual everyday living on the sofa set is not possible if the quality control and better design details are not followed. Bought my sofa in 2023. With the help of hard working technicians and the amazing customer service staff, I finally can enjoy my sofas in 2025.

We had several delays in getting possession of a new home, our furniture arrived on time as ordered, unfortunately we had to delay delivery for seven months waiting for possession King Living was very understanding and dealt with our delay in a professional manner that made us happy we chose to purchase our furniture here, please visits a King Living show room you will not be disappointed in the product or the service.

Right from when we made a visit to the store the female sales assistant with whom we dealt was most courteous very professional and gently gave us some items of thought to consider without being pushy. I'd highly recommend shopping at Kings on Granville Street.

From beginning to end, my experience at King Living was exceptional. The staff are really helptful without being pushy. I had a minor issue which they referred to Kath in customer service. She was so professional and pleasant to deal with. The bookshelf I purchased is just beautiful and well made. I would highly recommend King Living.

Our salesperson was incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful, very personable. When the couch arrived our delivery team was efficient, friendly, and navigated our space respectfully and expertly. No small feat in our small space. Total pros. 4 stars only because when inquiring about delivery had gotten different info each time I checked in. That being said, the delivery team went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. Love our new couch. Look forward to expanding our king collection in the future.
