We are so pleased with our beautiful furniture that we purchased from King Living. We experienced some significant delays with the delivery, and the store manager, but these issues were quickly and competently addressed by the Customer Support Team Leader and the Regional Manager. We couldn’t be any happier.

From the showroom in Costa Mesa, to customer support, to the folks who helped coordinate the delivery — KING Living provides top tier customer service abd made me feel supported every step of the way. The actual sofa we got is beyond our expectations. It’s the most comfortable sofa I’ve ever sat on and I’m definitely a lifelong customer. The 1978 Sofa is a 1000/10

Customer service was pretty much the worst we have experienced. The sales person and delivery people were excellent, however do not expect good service from the folks looking after the delivery. We tried to get information on our delivery by phone, in person and by email and each time we were greeted by either rude people or people that did not know answers. Then one day, we received a text from a no name, unknown number advising us of a delivery date! Totally inappropriate. Sincerely believe that when a person is spending almost $20,000 on furniture, they would be treated better.

We were expecting multiple deliveries from King Living. Luckily they all arrived at the same time. Yolyn coordinated them so they all came together on the same truck. The delivery guys brought them in, unpacked and took away all the garbage. It was just easy and simple.

Everything was great and the furniture was delivered a couple of weeks earlier than expected.

We are very happy with the living room set (two sofas, a rug and one chair) we selected and have now received. Quality of the set/rug is very good, experience with in-store sales was solid, delivery team was outstanding (communicative, fast and polite) and working with customer service to determine to locate where are order was and when it would be delivered was good (they responded very well to all of our emails).

When I emailed King Living through the website to ask about delivery options and rates, this kind person, Yolyn, replied very quickly and gave me all the info I needed. And to top it off, I was sent a follow up email to check if I needed anything else. Now THAT’S great customer service!
