Alexandra is the BEST!
Alexandra the woman who helped me ar the Chicago store. She was very patient with me and has exceptional design insights and ideas. I will be back to work with her in 2027 for additional purchases.

Finally purchased a sofa
Finally made a decision on a sofa, extremely happy with being able to view the items in the show room… great quality, and amazing assistance from associates (Lauren)

Wonderful experience from start to finish!
From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by a friendly and helpful sales associate. After asking what we were looking for, he kindly pointed us in the right direction and gave us space to browse at our own pace. Whenever we had questions, he was right there with answers. The store carries exceptional, high-quality furniture, and we ended up purchasing a beautiful sectional. Overall, it was a wonderful and stress-free shopping experience!

Hi David, It's great to hear our team member struck that balance of being attentive without hovering, because that's exactly what we aim for in store. Sounds like the sectional found its way home with you after a relaxed browse, which is the best outcome. Thanks for taking a moment to share your experience, and for trusting us with such an important piece for your space. King Living

Product is nice
Product is nice, staff is helpful. The problem is shipping and feeling like it is a bait and switch. Your shipping is twice that of anyone else. This is clearly a profit center and that is a poor way to do business. Will likely cancel my order unless the company can resolve this

Fabulous service!
Ronan was a terrific representative of King Living. Helpful, friendly, putting out a call for the technician when other avenues failed. I always felt we were being looked after The technician that came to us ( he was Syrian/ Lebanese) was fantastic, too. Very knowledgeable and quick and he planned what we needed to be doing in future to keep our bed functioning properly
Response from King Living USAOct 14, 2026
Hi Sue, It's great to hear Ronan made you feel so well looked after, especially when he stepped in and called for a technician after other options fell through. Our technician sounds like he did a brilliant job too, and it's good to know he left you with a clear plan to keep your bed running smoothly. Thanks for taking the time to share such kind words, and we'll make sure both of them hear your feedback. King Living
