I don’t leave reviews very often, but I can’t not share my experience. From the moment I walked in the store till delivery team left my house I was blown away how nice and pleasant everyone was. In the store Charlie spent a good couple of hours with us making sure we picked the right couch to fit our family. During manufacturing process I was getting updates (not too many which I appreciated) when the couch was delivered the team that was installing it noticed that one of the cushions was damaged and one of the wood panels didn’t match. They pointed it out immediately (I probably wouldn’t notice until later) they immediately filed a report and ordered new items. I was again kept posted about the process. Two days ago last pieces were delivered. This hiccup didn’t bother me one bit, but the way it was handled had me impressed. I love a company that treats their customers like family. I know I’m in good hands and I don’t have to call and complain to get things fixed. Thank you so much for the excellent service and my new beautiful custom couch.

Raven with Customer Service was great. I had ordered a couch and wanted to add cushions to my order after-the-fact. Raven responded quickly and amended the order for me same-day. I can’t wait until I receive the final product!

Awesome furniture. We had a small issue (slight defect on this add-on table that inserts into the couch) and they replaced it without fuss. Support folks were helpful and attentive.

Dolores at King living in Costa Mesa was a great help in choosing my pieces for my home. She guided me through the various colors and options available to me. She never rushed me and allowed me to do my own thing which is something I truly appreciate because I am someone that can’t be convinced, but needs to convince myself. I like gather all the information first so perhaps I may have come off as someone that was not ready to buy, but she never treated me as such. On first meeting, she showed me all the options and gave me samples to take home. Within that week of meeting her and making up my mind, I came back my next day off and submitted my order. So happy with all her help and feedback. She was able to create a room scale design so that I could see how everything would fit. My biggest issue was that the current furniture I had at the time was too large and took up a lot of space so being able to visually see what it could all look like was impactful as well. Very, very happy with all my choices. I love coming home and seeing my furniture. And of course I love you utilizing it as well. It’s comfort style and everything I ever wanted.
