Great product + one of the best customer support experience
After months of waiting time, I finally received 2 sets of Kineon. I really appreciate the hard work has been given by the team of Kineon, they have kept all backers updated on the status of production, shipping. I understand they have tried their best to deliver the products on time during the pandemic time . Honestly, that's one of the best experience I have on Indiegogo. I have been using it for few weeks, I do feel some tension released in my knees and less pain at night, I will definitely keep using it every day. The battery of one modules lasts shorter than the other two modules. I contacted the support, they responded within few hours and helped me going through all troubleshooting steps. A few days later, they contacted me to follow up on the solution and also offered me a replacement for the best satisfaction. I am very happy to see they take good care of the customers. Good job, Kineon!
