For years, I've dealt with knee pain. While it hasn't erradicated the knee pain entirely, Kineon Move+ has been very helpful in keeping me active. I use it before I ski/hike and it really helps reduce the aches and pains when starting an activity. I equate it to how I feel when I take ibuprofen. Obviously, no one wants to be on medications chronically to exercise. As long as I throw this one for 15 minutes each knee before activity, it makes the experience so much more enjoyable. Kineon, thanks for such a great product!

A helpful answer to my question about the new strap. I have now purchased a new strap, which is so much better than the old one.

Kineon has caring and understanding people on the team. I know this because I came across an issue where I had to access customer service. Although it took some time to trouble-shoot and sort out, I felt supported throughout the process to the resolution. Living outside of US (I am a Canadian resident) did not at all make anything more difficult to deal with. And as for the product, I would recommend Kineon easily, I have seen some of the other mobile RLT devices up close (in Canada), and Kineon is a little more expensive, but is better quality and has better adjustability, and a longer charge time than some. I hope to continue using it regularly for a long time. Thanks again for sticking by me.

I had a clip break on my Move Pro strap. I took a couple of pictures of the broken clip and emailed support. Literally about 90 seconds later - if that - I received an email from Kineon telling me they were sending me a new strap. At first, because the email arrived so quickly, I assumed it was an auto-reply to my email letting me know that they'd received my query and were going to look at it. But no, they had already looked at it and already processed my issue and had issued an order for a whole new strap sent my home address. I've never in my life experienced such responsive customer service. This was all handled by Mariella at Kineon. I'm pretty blown away. Thank you so much Mariella!!

Worse customer service for an expensive device! No one answer phones. Email take a week to respond. You need to chat with AI which is pathetic.! Alot of post complaining the modules dont charge or work. So why is the inventor putting his name, clinicians, pro athletes marketing a shithy product with a price tag of over $500. Just a scam.. no employees that tells alot about how poor this is yet he brags about this product ! I changed my mind. Will not buy!!!

Have not needed much Customer service support, however, when required, they were responsive and even though I was well outside of the warranty period they replaced my strap without issue.

Excellent customer service. Problem resolved super fast. Response is quick and any needed corrective action processed quickly. Again excellent service! Could you train other companies?

I was experiencing a problem with one of my IR modules, so I contacted them to get a replacement. They responded quickly, and they are sending me a replacement module. A perfect customer support experience!
