This is an update to my previous 2 star review. The kineon move+ plus did not help my situation so I originally rated it low. I do however want to commend their staff on the willingness to try to help me get relief. I appreciated the follow up and understanding when I eventually returned the device. I think it is worth giving the device a try especially with the team that supports the Kineon Move+.

Forest and Noel are absolutely amazing and the entire team as well. I would like to thank you all. Move Plus pro is God sent IMO! I use it every day and I would be useless without it. I unfortunately had a Bluetooth connection issue and contacted the team. Forest himself emailed me the same day. As well as Noel, I offered to pay for the replacement module because it was out of warranty but they wouldn't accept it. Thank you Forest and Noel as well as the entire team... My injuries are as follows: Right leg/Torn acl, mcl, lcl broken femur bone fractured ankle and ripped hamstring in one accident. Also posterior deviated clavicle and two blown out shoulders. And 3 broken floating ribs God bless you all 🙏✝️❤️

I am an 80 year old female with mild OA and on going pelvic imbalance. I have had my KINEON Move+ for over a year. I use it daily for my hips, knees, ankles and hip flexors when I have overextended myself. After a couple of 15 min sessions with my KINEON I can get up and get going again! I highly recommend this product. I have always experienced excellent customer service. Representatives have responded to my email questions with very timely responses and solutions to my issues. I highly recommend this product.

Absolutely outstanding customer service from the Kineon team. I reached out for some guidance regarding tennis elbow, and the depth of knowledge and detail provided by Jaiko was exceptional. Rather than just offering generic advice, he took the time to provide a clear and detailed treatment protocol, explaining exactly where and how to use the device for the best results. I’ve already started implementing the recommendations provided and am genuinely beginning to feel an improvement. It’s rare to receive this level of personalised support and genuine care from a company after purchasing a product. Couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service. Highly recommended.

I originally bought the Kineon device with skepticism in August of 2025...I planned to sending it back after the trial period. I used it on my knee, shoulder and wrist to relieve pain from a very active life. It worked so well not only did I keep it, I have shared it with 3 friends who also have bought their own! This weekend as I was driving home from a very active weekend in AZ, I noticed my elbow really hurting. I had never tried it on my elbow, so I wrapped it around with the new strap the company sent me (after I broke the original from over use). The new strap makes it so much easier to use. After one 15 min treatment, by pain was gone for the remainder of the 4 hour trip home. I can't imagine not having this device that has allowed me to skip my Motrin and other pain relievers with a simple few min of treatment. Very happy with this purchase. Worth the money!
