Spent £26 on a moisturiser. It was very small and came with lots of scratches all over the packaging so bad where list of ingredients was not even visible! No useful solution offered from customer service even with proof of pictures taken on delivery time. Instead they want me to return when I don’t want to go outside and put myself at risk during a pandemic or keep a dirty and scratched product in my house during a virus. Both PRODUCT and SERVICE not worth the money whatsoever.

I have given 1 star because that's the lowest I can go. Very disappointed with Kiehl's. I had to wait for the gift set I wanted to order to come back into stock. When they emailed me to say it was, I placed my order immediately. and payed by Paypal. When the order did not arrive after 10 days I checked my Paypal account and the order was pending waiting for Kiehl's to process it. I contacted kiehl's via email because you can't get through by phone and was informed the gift Set was once again out of stock and they understood how disappointed I must be but not to worry I have not been charged and that was it!, no acknowledgment or apology about messing up my order. Customer service is not good, this was a gift for my Daughter who loves the products but personally I think they are very expensive and over rated and I will not be buying from them again.

Packaging was horrible, product arrived damaged. Called and they said they would ship a replacement, but I never received one. Tried calling again and couldn't get through, also tried emailing, never received a response. I don't know what is going on with them, but this is very disappointing.

I placed an order in early April Which still hasn’t arrived. Like many others on here, I cannot get through to anyone in their customer service department and my emails are being ignored. Very disappointed and shocked at how such a renowned brand like kielh’s handle their customers.

Unfortunately I am another very disappointed customer. Ordered some items at the start of April & still not received. No updates & today I was asked for a review of the items!!!!! I generally enjoy giving positive reviews when earned but I’m afraid I’m giving Kiehl’s an extremely disappointing negative review.

I placed my order and got charged on April 1st, but never received my item! I tried calling numerous times, but no answer. I’ve been on hold for over an hour. This is really disappointing... I still haven’t received any email correspondence.

Honestly I wish they would allow for negative stars because I have never dealt with such incompetence in my life. The customer service agents, if you ever get in touch with them which is pretty much impossible, are rude and dismissive and offer absolutely no solutions and empty words of “service.” I have never been told so many things that make absolutely no sense and offer no words of comfort or solution in my entire life. The weirdest thing is that I am not even asking for refunds or anything. Quite the contrary. The website refuses my working visa credit card that has more than enough money to purchase products and yet when I call and voice my problem, not only do I receive degrading curt comments about my life, but they even told that there was nothing they could do and that I should just move on or get a different credit card. What is wrong with your business? You have the audacity to charge ridiculous prices for products that work less than half the time and by the time you might see any negligible improvement it’s already time to spend more money. Do yourself a favour; If you find yourself browsing the product line and think, “Oh this looks good. A little expensive, but it will be worth it.” Bzzzztttt WRONG! If you are looking for constant anxiety, wrong orders, damaged products, rude customer service coupled with an inability to talk to people, please make sure you buy from Kiehl’s. Trust me, you will be disappointed and probably scammed out of 100$ dollars. Might as well flush a crisp Benjamin down the toilet and screw your face up while you’re at it.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Placed my order online on April 6th and haven't still received it. Have contacted Kiehl's via email twice (a third time just now) to see what is going on, no reply to date. Tried to contact them on the phone, but was being disconnected. Useless company... Will never order again!
