I was a loyal customer for 15+ years and collected thousands of points. I didn’t use even one because they wiped them before I got to apply. I asked for a one time courtesy and the agent on the call said no, the customer service email said no. There are better products out there now and I’m on the hunt. No way that I’ll be continuing to use these products after a genuine attempt to resolve - loyalty goes both ways.

Dopo anni di assoluta fedeltà ai prodotti Kiehl's (che sono ottimi) ho chiuso definitivamente con loro per colpa del servizio clienti che è a dir poco scandaloso. Da quando hanno chiuso tutti i negozi e l'unico modo di ordinare è online è un disastro! La goccia che ha fatto traboccare il vaso è stato l'invio di 2 prodotti evidentemente avariati; mi hanno chiesto foto e video per documentare il reclamo, e dopo aver mandato tutto mi hanno detto che li potevo usare tranquillamente e che avevano solo preso un pò di caldo ma erano sicuri. Uso da ANNI quei prodotti e conosco bene la consistenza che devono avere, non di certo liquidi e con i pezzi di crema galleggianti nell'olio!!!! Gli ho detto che non li avrei usati e di darmi un indirizzo al quale spedirli almeno li avrebbero usati loro e SONO SPARITI!!!! Scandaloso, per colpa di questo episodio ho deciso di passare ad altra marca...un vero peccato, ero un'ottima cliente!!!

Catastrophique ! ! Produits recommandées par une amie.. j’aurais du les acheter dans des enseignes commercialisant la marque et non pas sur le site internet Khiels. Je m’inquiète de ne pas recevoir ma commande quand je demande via whatsapp l’ia me répond que mon colis est expédié alors que sur le site c’est noté livraison estimée le 16/09 nous sommes le 19/09 et la poste n’a pas encore mon colis à livrer ! Je n’ai plus de réponses à mes sollicitation donc je viens voir les avis ici et dans le mille je ne suis pas la seule ! Au prix des produits je trouve cela inadmissible de ne pas avoir de réponse. Je vais ouvrir un litige avec mon service juridique car il y a trop d’incohérence dans les informations et cela me semble bien suspect !

Very disappointing experience with Kiehl’s. I placed order KLS_36218882 on August 31, but it did not arrive until September 8 after being sent to the wrong address and rerouted. I made several calls to customer service, but the tracking number was invalid and I was not given the carrier information. While I was waiting, several items from my order went on 50% off sale. I asked if Kiehl’s could adjust the price since I had not even received my order yet, but customer service simply told me they do not price match and that I should wait. When the package finally arrived, my security camera showed the delivery person throwing and kicking the package toward the building entrance. I contacted Kiehl’s to request a return and refund, but was told I needed to provide my own return shipping label. When I asked for a supervisor, I was told to call back two hours later because they were in a meeting. The entire experience—from the delayed and misrouted order to the delivery handling and the lack of helpful customer service—has been extremely frustrating. I expected much better from Kiehl’s. I am requesting a full refund and a prepaid return label and hope the company takes this situation seriously.

Spedizione mai arrivata, cancellata da loro stessi perché ho chiesto di sollecitare il corriere visto chr erano passati 15 gg. Faccio presente che voglio i prodotti non il reso in denaro mi arriva una risposta che dev essere stata generata automaticamente o da una persona totalmente incapace. Ho fatto un nuovo ordine perché i prodotti sono validi, li compro da tantissimi anni ma il servizio clienti più imbarazzante mai visto.

Unreliable and Unprofessional brand. Do not buy.I placed order 2 times , on 12 Aug 26 then 18 Aug 26 during their peak sale period both times they canceled my order on Technical issues. You can have error once not twice.They lure customers to buy their products but when get too many orders they cancel order. Pride doesn’t last longer , a lot of brands like Kiehl’s came and forgotten and were made redundant due to their poor customer service services and unreliability.

I am beyond disappointed with Kiehl's online ordering and shipping. This is now my second negative experience in a row. My first order was canceled without any notification, even though Kiehl's had already charged my credit card. I only discovered the cancellation after contacting customer service myself. I'm currently disputing that charge because the entire process was handled so poorly. Hoping it was just an isolated mistake, I placed a second order. Unfortunately, it was even worse. When the package arrived, the Super Multi-Corrective Anti-Aging Eye Cream had opened during shipping, and the cream had spilled throughout the box. The product itself was only partially full, and the leaked cream coated the packaging and other items inside. It was a complete mess. (See photo.) After two consecutive orders, I have experienced: An order canceled without notice after my credit card was charged. Poor communication and customer service. A damaged shipment caused by inadequate packaging or quality control. The inconvenience of spending my own time chasing refunds and replacements instead of simply receiving the products I paid for. I have used Kiehl's products for years and have always associated the brand with premium quality. Unfortunately, my recent experiences with their online ordering and fulfillment have been anything but premium. For a company that positions itself as a high-end skincare brand, customers should not have to wonder whether their order will be canceled without notice or arrive covered in spilled cream. After two consecutive failed orders, I have lost confidence in ordering directly from Kiehl's.

Købte produkter d. 05.07.26. Penge trukket fra konto to dage efter -Modtog ordrebekræftigelse og tracking. Nu i dag d. 16.07.26 oplyser firmaet at ordren ikke er gået igennem. Men pengene er trukket fra konto?. Jeg har fået ordrebekræftigelse og et sporingsnr. Jeg ser nu på Trustpilot både her i DK og UK at mange lignende historier går igen. Meget amatøragtigt og useriøst. Vender ikke tilbage
