I had an issue with Kiehl’s customer service that I escalated, and Mitch from the e-commerce team was so helpful and caring. He completely turned the experience around — such a credit to the brand! I’ve changed my review to 5 stars and I’m back to loving one of my favourite brands. And of course, Creme de Corps remains the best cream of life! 💛

I received what eventually turned out to be a fraudulent email supposedly from this company regarding a declined payment for their products. After some correspondence, the matter has quickly been resolved. Whilst I can't comment on this company's products, their support and customer services were prompt and first rate in dealing with this issue.

Today was my first visit to Kiehl's new store at Broadbeach icon PACIFIC FAIR. Jireh was my Mr Fabulous in store, looking after me, doing a skin analysis seamlessly even when he had other customers walking in, serving them yet not forgetting me. Jireh's service and product knowledge were excellent, and his charm, good nature & winning smile made my visit a delight. Thank you Kiehl's and Jireh!

I love it. At my age I'm conscious about my fine lines and wrinkles but since I used using kiehls for how many years now i really noticed my fine lines and wrinkles disappeared and also the texture of my skin has a huge changed brighter skin and I look more young. I'm more confident at my age I don't look really old. Thank you Kiehls!
