Allowed me to get the medical attention (& prescription) I needed to resolve a UTI without having to take time I just didn’t have that day to get into my PCP or GYN office (assuming I could even have gotten a same day appointment).

I've used KHealth for several years & have turned several friends onto this app. I've never had a problem with them until Dr Ada Cuellar got my case. I simply needed an antibiotic for an infected tooth(I've went thru them 3 times in the past several years for the same issue, different tooth tho) asked about a fever, I had one 5 days prior when the tooth first showed signs of infection but none since & asked if it was difficult to open my mouth fully, obviously it is because my gums are swollen from the infection(just like the past times) and she proceeded to tell me there's nothing she can do, which I know is not the case because I've been helped before for the same thing. I will NEVER use them again & I will make sure I tell everyone to not use them or to stop using them. I found another route online with a Dr that actually cares about people & does their best to give back the quality of life that's been missing since getting ill.

Things WERE great. Needed labs. Was told labs would be covered under thier low cost labs program. Just $65 taken from the card that I use to pay for my plan. It went exactly as expected. That was nice. Needed to redo the labs. Figured they would follow the same procedure since I hadn't been told otherwise and the labs were supposed to be the same. This time I get an almost $700 bill from the lab company without any sort of warning. I sure as heck wouldn't have agreed to those labs if I had been made aware of the cost before hand.
