I would not use this app - I paid $73 due to a lingering cough after recovering from Covid-19. The doctor prescribed something that I could get myself at the drug store. I asked for a steroid to help with the inflammation and he refused. Save the $73 and just go to the drug store.

I could not get to talk to a provider after my test results came through. They would try to reach me at 2 am. And their was no sound alert to the chat app. There was no button to schedule a time. The nurse who ordered my tests was good but after that it was not at all helpful. I had to call my PCP

The Doctor chatted with me one the APP as scheduled. I needed prescriptions filled and he did that . I also had to schedule a blood test as required. Overall, I am happy once the AP was working properly. It took about a month to get resolved.

Absolute rip off they'll charge you 55-60$ just to tell you that they cannot help you and you need to go in person to see a doctor. For something simple as an obvious dental infection.

I signed up with the promise to get an online doctor. Once I put my credit card info in they were quick to charge. I paid $200 in monthly fees only to find out they don't deliver to Hawaii. PLEASE DONT SIGN UP FOR THIS COMPANY! THEY CHARGE BUT DONT DELIVER ON SERVICES!
