Why take someone's money when you can not help them? I had ear pain and just needed some drops and an Antibiotic described my symptoms. The doctor I got said they could not prescribe anything they had to see my ear. However, I went to another provider online and got charged less money and the doctor had compassion and advised me they would give me drops and an antibiotic and if not better in 7 days follow up with my regular doctor. My question is why even charge me when you are not going to do anything to help? You should be ashamed of ripping off people sure I am not the only one.

Waste of money and a scam! Practitioners giving blatantly mistaken diagnosis, ignoring patient concerns and being generally unresponsive. Use literally any other telehealth service - and don't ignore the negative reviews on this site!

I've gotten quick and to-the-point help from other services like Sesame before, but I thought I'd try K-Health just because it was through my insurance provider. I told the clinician my situation regarding previous UTIs and the treatment that worked (my primary care doctor is gone on maternity). They told me they would not prescribe antibiotics without urine samples. Unfortunately a simple urine sample does not work in detecting the bacterial strain I usually get, but the clinician didn't really seem to listen to my needs. But when I had a sinus infection just a couple months ago, they quickly prescribed me antibiotics, so that's kind of confusing. I'm sure K-Health works for some, but it's not for me. Tried to get a refund, but couldn't get one. Back to my old provider I guess.

The app was easy to use. The doctors were informative and thorough. When you are not feeling well you’re already stressed. The K app took the stress out of it and gave me exactly what I needed. When follow up care was necessary they guided me through that as well.

This service has no real deliverable and misleads users to believe it can instigate care for health concerns. Simply put, it is a waste of money. When concerned for being misled and not receiving the benefit described, K Health directed back to the health plan for a refund. I paid K Health for service not provided. K Health owes me the refund.

The app was great and I didn’t have to leave my home and hang out at a nasty drs office .
