It was so late at night that I woke up in such pain with and it was nice to wake up and go to the pharmacy and have what I needed ready for me. The survey of questions was lengthy but made me feel safe. Truly an easy experience without having to sit in a waiting room and wait long time to be seen

This was considerably helpful on a saturday being out of town and 4 hours from home and not being able to find an urgent care facility, along with not having access to my dentist, as he just retired and could not help me. Khealth was a great option for this situation. I just wish i could have been able to give my details initially before having to choose symtpoms from an automated system. I still got to that point and was eventually able to do so, but it seems like it could have been easier/more informative to be able to explain the scenario in the very beginning. STILL though - VERY happy and would use again in a similar situation! Thank you!

Quick, thorough, and easy to use. And waaaay better than waiting in line at the Urgent Care!

This is just a public service, don't waste your money! I paid 50 dollars up front, the provider didn't even treat my UTI(no prescription), even though I was miserable!!!!I canceled my service right away, went to an urgent care, paid 15 dollars and got the prescription. Called them in the morning, horrible customer service, very rude and useless just like their provider, asked for the manager, she said I guarantee you my name won't do anything for you either!, put me on hold for 29 minutes!!I ended up hanging up. I've been a RN,BSN for 25 years, I worked with providers like this. My only advice, don't waste your money, especially since you won't be able to get a customer support. There are other apps which give you the first month free and if you like the service you pay.

Took photo of my inner ear with tool I had purchased online in advance. Answered questions and read guidance thoroughly so knew if I should go to urgent care or if doctor could help me via telahealth. Was convenient because I could keep working from home while waiting for doctor. Got treated same day. Was unable to see PCP anytime soon so this was a great alternative. Doctor was friendly and asked specific questions to diagnose issue with picture. Would recommend!

Very easy to use. Saved me a trip to Dr. Got diagnosed, meds prescribed, and within 2 days felt much better.

I am so grateful for K health I was suffering from anxiety and worked so many hours I wasn’t able to see a local physician. I am happy to say I no longer suffer anxiety and I have a solid peace of mind. I couldn’t be more happy thank you!

K Health was easy and convenient to use. Instead of an outrageously expensive and hours-long emergency room visit, I was able to speak with a doctor quickly, provide a description and photos of my condition...then receive a prescription to our local 24 hour pharmacy to get started on my treatment. I'm very appreciative for the opportunity to use K Health and plan to keep it as an option for the future.
