Total joke. I have used basic antibiotics to treat respiratory infections for over 30 years. I had the same infections and just needed a prescription for antibiotics, NOT pain killers or heavy narcotics. Know what I got? A prescription for an over-priced "cough suppressant" that wasn't covered by my insurance. $70 dollars later, I will now have to go to a REAL DOCTOR and get what I need...antibiotics. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, especially since they will help you with nothing. Customer service at your local pharmacy is likely well better, and FREE.

Waited on phone 3 hours to talk to Dr Grace about an upper respiratory infection and cough , I got nothing but useless advice about over the counter meds that I am already taking , she even went so far as to suggest I use honey for my cough which I am already doing even advised me to go on YouTube and look there for remedies but that is her job .Will never waste money here again .

I thought I would try them again even though they wouldn't treat my ear infection and they denied me help. This time I tried to refill my blood pressure medicine since they said they would refill them in their advertisement and they denied me once again 😪 I'm not sure what is going on with this company but so far they don't honor any of the services they say they offer

I was prescribed antibiotics from a khealth doctor. The next day I broke out in a rash so went for a follow up consultation. The new doctor told me I didn't need antibiotics and I should take a bath instead.

I paid $35 and prepared to wait. Soon I got the idea to find and read reviews. They scared me and I started to call my bank and ask to cancel the payment and to block my card. Finally, during my hysteria, K Health contacted me via messaging. Nurse Jessica asked for a photo ID and pictures of my trauma. I ask her for steroid cream and she prescribed that! This is a real company, I have got a prescription and a VERY affordable dermatologist appointment. Teladoc asked $95!!! I think I will be back if needed... I think my case with my skin was obvious and on the surface for distance treatment....

Totally useless. Waited two hours and spent $35 to be told to go to an in person doctor for something that pretty obviously just needed antibiotics. Absolute waste of money.

Complete scam! I had stomach flu including diarrhea and nausea. I work in an assisted living and needed a Dr note to not go in tonight and spread whatever it is I have. They WILL NOT give you a note saying you need off just that you "have been seen". Completely useless. My boss says bring a dr note or be fired. Guess I have to go in contagious or not. SCAM!!!

Do not use this service, the reviews on the App Store are largely fake. I have depression and paid $30 in hopes that I could be prescribed a basic antidepressant. After I went through a questionnaire, they told me that they cannot prescribe anything and that I need to see a local psychiatrist. In their website description they say “No insurance. No appointment. No problem. Chat with doctors for treatment and prescription” — what this means is that they’ll only tell you the treatment plan they recommend, not actually give you the prescription/treatment plan itself. The wording they use makes us they think can actually prescribe meds, but they cannot. They’ve scammed thousands of people through that misinterpretation. I repeat, they do not prescribe meds for any ailments you may have.
