DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A TELEMEDICINE VISIT - you will certainly be misdiagnosed!! I needed urgent care in a Sunday evening, everything was closed at my hour if need. I thought I was contacting Good RX (much better), but someone in my under the weather state of mind ended up on K Health - first mistake, but I was desperate for relief! Dr. Martza was INCOMPETENT and frankly rude. He treated me crap, was short, impatient and convinced that nothing was wrong with me. I ended up in the ER a short 6 hours later with PNEUMONIA!! That is a HUGE MISS! I have asked for my $35 consult fee back because of the misdiagnosis, but they feel as though they fulfilled their service. WHAT A JOKE - they made me feel as if I just need vitamin C and zinc. K Health - you should pay all my medical bills because of you poor and lazy misdiagnosis!!

Awful - was on a chat call for almost an hour answering questions. Time between questions about 3 mins. Told the same OTC meds I told the DR I had been taking that weren’t working. Total waste of time and money!

Worst service ever! As a triage RN and manager, I know what warrants further treatment. I have a secondary bacterial infection that keeps worsening....not viral...basically the RN told me to ride it out. LITERALLY, this is my job as a medical professional and your telling me the complete opposite of what my symptoms need for treatment. The only reason I didn't use my own medical group is because there were no same day appts or urgent appts available. WHAT A JOKE AND LACK OF EXPERIENCE the "MSN" had. Waste of $35. RUN, do not use them

This service is far from that! It’s more of an inconvenience , a waste of time and money! Don’t do it !

This place is a complete joke! You can even give someone an antibiotic for a tooth infection and don’t want to give anyone the time of day! I don’t have 35.00 to throw away. Please give me a refund so I can go see a real Dr!!!

There is a series of questions, then you submit a payment. Finally, there is a message that says a consultant will be available....usually within an hour. So you're expected to sit there and wait until who knows when and they already took your money. After 1 hour and 20 minutes, the 'dr' told me to take over the counter medication and check back for another visit in 3 days. This was horrible! What a waste of money and time. Now I have to go to a clinic (it's the weekend otherwise I would have gone to my primary care dr. I have a sinus infection that is horribly painful. OTC is not going to work!)

They made me wait with the chat open in my phone for 4 hours before start chatting, after that we were more than 7 hours on the chat , just because they took 25 minutes each time they had to text back and, most of the conversation was them asking non related questions with my illness. At the end they didn’t give me any diagnostic or prescription. They sent me a generic text recommending to go to see a real doctor, right before closing the chat so you can’t even say nothing about it. I can’t believe what they do is legal.

Although it took a while to connect with someone, once I did I was very happy with the service provided and the advice given. I will definitely use this service again should the need arise. It was also very reasonably priced.
