Horrible service. 1st my wait time kept increasing. After I placed a call it changed to 5 minutes however remained 5 minutes for 2 hours+. 2nd the appt was poor. I am an RN. I clearly have URI and laryngitis. Just needed a script for zpak antibiotics and note for out of work. Tried to give me cough medicine only. Finally agreed to the zpak. Said ok to the out of work note. What I got stated I was seen. No out of work. I reconnected to another clinician who states the only generate that generic note. I further went into discussion and she hung up on conversation. What a total RIP off, absolute poor care, never further discussed my symptoms. Dont waste ur $.

Terrible. Doctor said she could not assess me or treat me. She suggested I request a refund. And they denied it. Complete waste of time. Will never use them again.

Complete scam. First off, their 24/7 is a bunch of crap. I waited over 6+ hours for the consultation. When I was finally about chat with "dr." it was less than 3 minutes in which she said there was nothing that they could do without me having to go to another doctor for further testing. The "dr." even told me how to get a refund because it was a complete waste of time. I reached out about a refund and they told me that I was not eligible for one because I had received a 3 minute evaluation. This company is a complete scam and I would never recommend them to anyone. They are quick to collect payment and care nothing about the patients reaching out.

Paid $39 for a uti because I wanted to avoid going to the doctors to save time. This ended up taking way longer. They also double charged my card. I emailed twice they did not answer I finally had to call. Now I have to wait 5 business days to get my money back. Also they never even gave me a prescription for my uti. They said I needed to run labs. Why would I do that when I could go to the doctor. Save your time and money and go to urgent care.

I had been thru k health twice prior to February 11,2023. All I had to do was fill out information and then pick antibiotics that I needed for a toothache. It was only $50 & the script was sent to my pharmacy with no problem. Well on Feb 11,2023 I had to fill out for a $87 membership for some asthma medicine. Well I was told that someone would be in contact with me by Feb 15,2023. Well this was nothing like my prior experience & it was cheaper. I immediately canceled my membership for a refund. It was literally less than 10 min. I spoke verbally with someone about it and she understood and she could clearly see that I had not been in contact with anyone and not even ten minutes before asking for a refund.She put in a request for the refund and and said it should not be a problem. Well, I received an email a cpl of days later refusing to give me a refund. I WAS LIVID,& STILL LIVID!!! PPL BE CAREFUL WITH K HEALTH BC I PAID $87 FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!!!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND K HEALTH!!!!!

Scam!!!!!!!!! The worst and the lies are so blatant it's just rude and Wrongful. Malpractice lawsuits are coming.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!! Took 3 HOURS to get a message that I should head back to the internet page. 3 HOURS?!? I didn't speak to anyone because I was driving in heavy traffic. Yet they charged my card still!! Unbelievable, seems like a SCAM

I decided to give K Health app a try. Big mistake. Dr. Catherine Harrington out of Texas is the worst provider I have ever worked with. I needed an RX for a simple UTI. I've been getting them on and off for over 25 years and have NEVER had resistance to an antibiotic, but she insisted I get a culture, ok, but then she only offers me 2 places to do it, and the results will take at least 2 or 3 days to come back. If anyone has had a UTI, then you know by the time you're experiencing symptoms, you need an antibiotic quickly because it becomes increasingly painful, but she did not care. So, I had to go back to my usual Livehealth app to get an RX which I did in under 5 minutes. I called K Health to request a refund and received an email I wouldn't be getting one. I called K Health customer service to see if someone could help me, and I was hung up on twice! Both people put me on hold to get someone that could help me but then hung up on me. I wasn't being belligerent or rude, so there was no reason for this. Some of the worst business practices I've ever encountered as a patient. Also, side note, I should be able to make medical decisions for myself with the help of a provider. I'm the one who knows my body. You can give me your knowledge and opinions, but if I want to risk resistance--which I've never had before--then it should be my choice. After taking my usual antibiotic and if by chance it was resistant, I would obviously go in to see my primary because I'd still have the infection and would need to have a more thorough eval at that point. It's pretty much common sense that the MD obviously doesn't have. Also, if it were something very serious or alarming, then another doctor would not have prescribed me the exact RX I asked for 5 min later.
