I paid for an urgent tooth pain and its been over an hour still no response from this app.. There is NOTHING urgent about this app at all.. it just takes your money and lets you hang. I am in such pain UGH. they finally got through to me and I got what I needed, Just a few hours to respond. They could do better

The nurse I got this time was down right rude to me, kept telling me I had a reputed ear drum when I told her it was a ear infection something I've had my whole life, refused to prescribed a antibiotics, ended up going to er a hr away and yes it was just a outer ear infection, I emailed wanting a refund they refused saying care was provided, zero care was provided took my money did not listen to me and was rude now I have a $300 re bill to pay for something their app says they treat. Don't waste your money or time with these people, I used them before for my ear infections the last couple years only get 1 or 2 a year and can't always get into my doctor fast never had a problem until today. I am opening a case with bbb and and my bank to get my money back. Nurse name so other know is Krista Haun

Don't waste your time or money. Sunday March 12 6pm we answered question and had mo problems taking our money. Chat said contact you within 1hr or might have longer time. Next day Monday March 13th called at 11am asking what's the problem. I said it been 16 hrs and no one called. She stated were sorry. Neadva only has one dr taking calls. You are 4th in line. 345pm I called again. I said it's been almost 25hrs and no one called us yet and it's unexpecteable. He said sorry I understand. I put a complaint in to our team but It looks like someone make a ticket 6mins ago and you are miw 4th in line. I reply I was 4th in line at 11am. Now it's 815pm at still no calls. I'm looking at all these reviews which is part my fault it didn't at first.OMG this company is the worst and a scam. I'm getting my money back and reporting them to the BBB.

What a waste of time. I waited for almost an hour for someone to answer. Then spent time texting about what was going on. I obviously have an infection by my toenail from a pedicure and even sent a picture, however, they said there was nothing they could do and referred me to urgent care. So I wasted my time and money and still have to try and find time to go to a real doctor.

The doctor was rushed. She asked what antibiotics usually help with utis since I have allergies to a couple but before I answered, she sent a script. It was only 250 mg 2x a day and it DID NOT kill the infection. I know these doctors never had utis because if they did, they would believe women over a few research studies. If we have to get prescribed a different medication, that leads to more antibiotic resistance than just giving someone a higher dose for a few more days....

Waste of time and money. Requested cancellation within 12 hours and not issued a refund. Online messaging with a “practitioner” is not a medical appointment. K Health is a Joke. Learn from my mistake and save your money.

I hate I had to give them one star!!! I strongly advise against using this service. It's important to emphasize that you will not receive the results you are looking for, and it will be a waste of your money. Essentially, they ask you questions, but do not provide any meaningful guidance or solutions. In fact, they cannot provide any prescription or treatment options at all. Therefore, I urge you to heed this warning and avoid using this service altogether. This company is like a nurse hotline. They’re there to ask you questions, and then tell you what type of doctor to go to. Don’t waste your money with K Health like I did.

Complete scam will take your money and do nothing but tell you to take over the counter crap really DUH no sh$t Sherlock my 6 year old is that smart.
