Do not I mean do not waste your time I will spend 200 dollars for a doctor visit before I return to k health seem more like a scam than anything before you pay your money they do not refund so take this as fare warning

Honestly they’re just not truthful with the services they provide and how much they will cost. I got to the end of my appointment where I was told I’ll need a full screening lab (not covered) and then the medication would be an additional 1300-1600 dollars and I’d need weekly injections. I tried to ask for a refund after and they said no. They completely mislead people and engage in false advertisement. Horrible place to do anything from what it seems.

I waited for 14 hours to chat with a doctor and they said that I had to have a urine culture that would take 2 days. My symptoms are gone in 2 days. UTI's are short lived but painful. This company is a complete sham and a scam. They would not even give me a refund. Then after 40 minutes of holding on the phone, the broad hung up on me.

Crooks steal your hard earned money! Wouldn’t even give us an antibiotic for tooth infection. Use Dr Alexa they treated us in 4 hours and had meds soon after

Just needed antibiotics for symptoms I throughly explained thru their questionare and they basically stole my $39.oo and recommended the ER near me. Jennifer McMillan is the thief of the day. These people should be put in jail..

Don’t waste your money. They take your money, you wait for hours for a physician and have to stay by your phone or you’ll miss it. They don’t give you the antibiotics you came on for and tell you you need to go take a urine test at a local facility at your own expense. This was not at all what I thought I was paying $40 for. I paid for the convenience so I wouldn’t have to make a dr appt and wait. They also don’t give refunds. Listen to the other 1 star reviews on here. I wish I had.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I contacted them about an ear infection in so much pain and they didn’t listen to anything and just assumed what I had even though I said it wasn’t swimmers ear because there’s no chance. They gave me a prescription that made my ear worse so then I tried to get a better one and they said they wouldn’t do anything and were so incredibly rude. I have never felt so rudely addressed in my life.
