This app used to be $20, it's now $39. They changed their policies on what they consider "giving care". So, I waited 3 hours in the middle of the night with a toothache, only for the doctor to ask me one question and referred me to the ER within 2 minutes, and told me she could not help me so to get a refund. However, they deny a refund because they considered her referring me to the ER as "care". I've never felt so dismissed so quickly. When I saw my pcp and asked if I should go to the ER like the K health doctor said, they looked at me like I was crazy and even laughed a little bit.

I was charged $39 even though I never was connected with a provider. I believe this site is fraudulent.

Doctor was unable to diagnose my strep throat via telehealth, billing department difficult to work with and refused to give refund, though doctor suggested refund. I got stuck having to pay two copays being that I had to then go into an urgent care to be treated. Beware of these scammers.

If I could leave zero stars I would. From making appointments for me with no communication that I was not aware of until I logged in and then spending hours on the phone correcting their numerous blunders like the above and doh me booking. To apt taking over 1 hour of redundant back and fourth texting-got the feeling the doctor was doing two patients at once-to cumbersome interface that makes it so you have to call to make an apt, to rude doctors who do not consider the patient-and no my needs were not extraneous or outside their criteria-and lying about working with insurance companies, avoid. Avoid them like the plaque they are. Totally useless.

Terrible online healthcare. Total rip off. I paid $40 (plus more money for labs never done) for something I knew I had. Asked for antibiotics and a work note. Dr refused to give me the antibiotics without getting to a lab. Since it’s 9:30pm and labs are closed, I asked for a my note to state being off the following day to get the labs done. Dr refused to give me a note for following day as well so I can get the labs done. Dr then proceeded to tell me to take screenshots of our conversation and give that to my employer, which is a VIOLATION OF HIPAA LAW! I explained this to the K Health support team who did not care anything about it. I asked for a refund. K Health team stated, “Even though you did not receive the treatment you were seeking, you were still provided with a general sick note. Because of this we are unable to provide a refund.” On top of that, the Dr CHARGED me to go get the labs done when I explained that I could not go get them done the following day as I have to go to work & without a note, I’ll be terminated due to a points system implemented. I ended up having to go to the ER just to be told I have EXACTLY what I already knew I had, got my antibiotics with a $250 copay plus the money AND time I lost with K No-Health! Do not use them! They will keep you waiting for 6 hours just get a Dr online, charge you BEFORE you’re even seen (if you’re even seen at all) …use Solv instead!

If I can give this company less than one store, I would. This place is a scam. I took my wife an hour to get through, and when she finally did, they basically told her to get rest and drink some hot water. She had a confirmed, sinus infection, and called to get an antibiotic. I only would they not prescribe an antibiotic, they went to anything except take her money. We asked for the money back at the end. They said sorry we can’t give it back to you because we provided a service. They didn’t provide any service. They’re a total sham. As soon as my wife got off the phone, she called her own doctor, and it was prescribed in five minutes. The only reason she didn’t go through her own doctor, is that she thought this would be quicker. What a scam. Stay far away from the Kmart of medicine.

They charged me $40 for telling me that I had sinus infection which I knew already then the doctor recommended me to go to the doctor in person, so I was charged $40 for nothing, had to go to minute clinic and pay $99 for a consultation in order to get antibiotics for my sinus infection

Horrible horrible rip off. This is the worst app out there!! Took my money and told me to go to urgent care. I even tried it again thinking maybe I had just got a bad doctor and nope they did it again. Wouldn’t even treat a simple toothache. Do not waste your time or money
